The website to create a sign was very intuitive and was very impressed with the quality of the sign. I opted for free shipping and it arrived in record time. Your website needs improvement. I had a saved item and the only way I could get back to it was to add something to my cart and then delete it. It wasn't saved in my designs.

Was offered 20% off to sign up but only allowed 10% off. The maximum was only $50 so my savings was the same. But the "bait and switch" left a poor taste.

The chatbox, my 5 phone calls, and the email support were all extremely unhelpful. Commuication was a nightmare. I had trouble uploading my correct art files 3 different ways (they told me to try the drive, email, and through the site - all did not work and it was an approved photoshop file). The only helpful person was Betsy. If it hadn't been for our phone call, I would have canceled my order.

I found your website very difficult to navigate. The ordering and selection process is not user friendly.

No instructions in the box. Had to call and have them emailed. The ends of the aluminum were extreamly sharp. I did not realize that the clear plastic was going to be like a shower liner. One of the polls was bend and made it very hard to put together. All in all. It will do what we need it to do but not really impressed with it. Also, the stands don't stay on the aluminum. They just fall off every time you move or lift up the panels. The sticky tape in the footers came OFF on the tab you pull off. It did not stay sticky on the inside of the footer stand.
