I started with a couple canvases, seen how great quality they were, and ordered 10+ more. All my canvases are 24x16 with the exception of one which was 30"x40"
The frame corners stretched a bit of week but the issue is too small for non-experienced eyes. The rest is done perfect.
As for the canvas - it's great, catching and just awesome :)
Most likely a scam... sent some bogus receipt to my email, haven't heard anything in 2 weeks. No shipping number sent to me, haven't replied to my email. Don't do any business with these scum bags.
Very happy with the service. Was a bit expensive but it was worth it to surprise my parents with a framed picture of their grand kids delivered. So easy!

Sent bad picture. Contacted to replace. BY phone and by email. Said would replace. 4 months no response. Phone numbers roll to mailbox full. Scam stay away.

I recently ordered 2 canvases from best canvas for the first time and I am very happy with my purchase. The order was delivered on time and with great quality.
I have placed 3 orders over the course of about a month, and have issues with all 3. Their printing is always on the dark side, so take that into account when sending files (I use a colour-calibrated IPS-C monitor, so I know what they *should* look like). The people who are satisfied clearly have low standards. Prints of the colour photos I sent lack contrast and saturation (as submitted), and only 1 of the reprints they've provided actually partly resolved the issue. They've sent the wrong reprints twice (the second order was 3 photos, 1 had an issue, but they sent all 3 with no fixes, and the 3rd order was actually sent a 3rd time instead of the 2nd order's reprint). Two of the reprints arrived crooked on the frames. I've had to email their support repeatedly, and since all 3 orders were close together time-wise, they haven't been able to keep the last 2 straight. I've asked for a refund on the 1 print from the 2nd order but support has yet to reply. They are NOT a Canadian company, just a. Ca site. The prints come out of Germany, and the support replies are from Florida.
If you aren't picky about the quality of your prints, or are printing crappy photos anyway, they're fine. Cheap deals, and quick shipping. If you want good quality prints when you've spent lots of time and money on photography and editing your photos, avoid this company.
I ordered a canvas as a test to see what the quality was like and it was beyond my expectation! I have since ordered another print and will definitely be back! And it arrived fast!
