DISAPPOINTING

I ordered the Mother's Day Special with the plant and the Berries. Like others I ordered in time and paid extra for the delivery. The Berries did arrive however the plant did not show up until 3 days later with the pot broken and unusable. Like others I contact the customer service for assistance, first when the plant did not arrive as advertised and expected and second when it finally showed up but was broken. Like everyone else I spoke with someone in a call center on the other side of the universe. There was no resolution, no offer of resolution, no apology for providing a product that did not arrive when advertised and then showed up broken. Completely disappointed and I will NEVER spend another dime with Shari's Berries.

The title says it all. I ordered berries on February 4, and they were supposed to be delivered on February 13. They didn't show up. I called customer "service" and they provided a tracking number. Upon tracking that number, I found that the package hadn't even been sent yet (as of February 14). I tried to cancel the order, but was told that I couldn't. DO NOT patronize these guys.

I placed an orders and selected same day delivery. I got a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my friend who is starting her exams today. I was a bit worried seeing these bad reviews when the ones on their site seemed really good. I also checked tiktok and there wasn't many good reviews there either. I was worried they wouldn't come on time or arrive in bad condition. However, I got them same day like i ordered and when I opened them up, the strawberries were still looking good! No complaints about the condition or timing of delivery! My only note was that they don't really text you updates when you sign up for them, I only received one when I placed the order and one when the order was delivered. I would've appreciated more updates but even then I don't care that much and I'm not upset! I'll probably place another order in the future.

The first time one of my children sent me berries they were delivered on time and very delicious, so of course I wasn't hesitant in saying yes when I was asked if I wanted them again. This time when the berries were ordered they arrived late in the evening and before I opened the box I could smell that they had gone bad and the ice packaging was completely melted but still a little cold, so of course we contacted the company and they promised to rectify the situation and promised the berries before Mother's Day only to get them two days later and they were completely hot and stinky! I was looking forward to them! Needless to say I will not order from Shari's Rotten Berries again! And poor customer service!

My order was supposed to be delivered on Valentine's day I paid the shipping cost to guaranteed my delivery on top of placing my order 3weeks in advance it was delivered until feb 15 thanks for ruining valentine's day will never use this service again

Ordered the Tuesday before Mothers Day for a Friday delivery. Paid the extra costs for their "guaranteed" delivery. No delivery, no notifications, no response for two days after i emailed them. The only response I received was a BS apology and no offer to make it right. Terrible customer service and follow up. I wouldn't even give them the one star if I didn't have to. Avoid this company and let it go down the drain...

Seriously they only have one guy with a very heavy accent. Made me spell out our email and do it over and over... kept telling the guy we couldn't understand him and he kept on asking us the same thing over and over... seriously frustrated and will NOT order again! Now put that in your turban and smoke it... fricken idiots

Order was for 12-7-21 wss not delivered fir my daughters birthday. Order rescheduled for 12-8-21 not what I originally order so unhappy with this ask to speak with management they said they can't order has been processed. Bull$#*! not what I order or paid for. Something special turned out to be a damn nightmare..

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. We got these on time even after a big snow storm. They were beautiful and delicious. Shipping was pricey but what do you expect?!?! Would definitely order again.

Paid $135.00 for the small bake a wish vanilla birthday cake and 6 birthday dipped strawberries, order was around $65.00 the rest was shipping, I should have known better but wanted order to arrive for daughters birthday and it looked so good and pretty online! Was saposed to arrive on Saturday but I got an email saying no one was home and they'll try agin Monday! She was home so don't understand why they said no one was home and Monday was not her birthday it was Saturday, Cake and strawberries looked terrible green tops were brown & in the picture the chocolate on the berries are smooth and round not flat on the back! The cake looked like it had been frozen then thawed and frozen agin it had cracks. Spent so much on shipping just so sad that it looked so bad I was embarrassed when she sent pictures. I'll never order agin nor recommend!

I received an email that said "free shipping" on orders over $30.00. When you get to the point of placing the order you find out the shipping is free in the form of a rebate. In addition to the shipping cost there is a delivery fee. How much should it cost to deliver 12 strawberries. What a ripoff!

On 4/24/20 I placed an order to be sent to my grandchildren (age 5, and 8) since I haven't seen them in over two months because of this Covid virus epidemic. They live in RI and you can't cross into RI from Ct. Due to the virus. I miss them dearly. I wanted the berries to be delivered on May 5th for Cinco de mayo because we alway celebrate that day together. The berries where not delivered until 8 o'clock at night and the girls where already in bed. My daughter let them get up so they could have one to celebrate. Both girls said the berries tasted funny and spit them out. My daughter agreed. Terrible! It cost me $56.96 with tax an delivery. How can you disappoint two kids at a time like this. I'll never buy your product again.

My husband had bought a dozen Shari's Berries for our anniversary in December. I received another box of them on Mother's Day from my daughter. I noticed how much juicier the Mother's Day box were and I wrote to the company explaining that the Dec berries were a bit dry and green. They required our order #, and, once given, they offered me a free box of berries, which were sent to me quickly and on the day I requested. This box was as good as the juicy Mother's Day box and I am completely satisfied and grateful for their prompt attention to my issue.

Disappointed

Received my order on time 2/13 Wednesday. Tried 2 of the berries only to find they were spoiled i. E. Mushy and turning brown. The next day tried 2 more (Valentines day) berries which were brown and smiled. Needless to say my wife and I were greatly disappointed. I ended up throwing the remainder out. This terrible service hurt my Mother's feelings a week after Mother's Day because that's when she got the wilted flowers and rotten strawberries. What can we about a service that continues to have expensive items that aren't worth a damn?! Better Business Bureau (BBB)? I think so.

This maybe a good company locallly, but they should stop shipping outside of the CA area.

Worst Service Ever

$27.00 for GUARANTEED deliver on May 11 for a Mother's Day surprise and nothing arrived. I have never done Shari's Berries and thought I would give it a try after the 'glowing' on the radio that are a bunch of crap. I would not do business with them ever again and will actively discourage others as well.

My kids sent me a box of shari's berries for Mother's Day, they were excited to give me this "gourmet " gift. I couldn't tell them how disappointing these berries were. 1. They come with the green stem end of the berry still on the berry, just covered with chocolate- so if you don't slice them you wouldn't know until you ate it.
2. Berries have the old fermented taste, definitely not fresh and sweet.
3. The most disappointing thing was the chocolate! No flavor, it doesn't melt, it's not creamy, it is a waste of calories.
Such a good idea- done very poorly.
We have had incredible edibles and they are much better!

I am done with this company... 2nd year not there when PROMISED and i paid extra for that promise. I just got an email from them saying sorry it would not be delivered today but will give me a $10.00 credit and will be sent on the 15th...
Well i promise it will be disputed on my credit card and will not be accepted when delivered. I will also forward there email to my credit card company.
Hope you go out of business soon because Shari's your way.
Keep your Damn Berries "Shari"
$100 damn dollars that ruined my gift to my wife.
Not the $$$ its the principle...

I ordered strawberries on Friday, and now it's Monday, and still no strawberries. I paid the 15 extra dollars for the next-day delivery. The only reason I chose this place is that I got confirmation it would be delivered for the next day... NOT OKAY... You shouldn't take orders if you can't deliver the product on time. I'll never recommend you guys to anyone SHAME ON YOU
