Shari's Berries

I attached the email they sent me. I wish I would of checked amazon first. I would of saved $15 dollars and had prime shipping.

Although mistakes happen their remedy is to offer me a coupon for next time. Guess what? There will not be a next time. $15 is their standard shipping fee and then extra to have it delivered by noon.

They make money off their product and they make money off the shipping. When they screw up the least they could do is have it there by noon the next day. Nope they give you an 8am to 8pm window. Finally, the cable companies provide better service then somebody.

Will not ever buy anything from Shari's berries again. They said there was an unsuccessful delivery and would try to deliver again. I called the next day and they said they would be delivered. Nope. Called back 2 days later and they said they were delivered. I called the recipient to see if they ever got the strawberries. Nope- they never delivered them. I had to call back a third time to let them know they were never delivered and cancel this. Never again!

I was supposed to receive chocolate dipped strawberries on Saturday May 23rd for a birthday gift from my husband and they did not come. Instead they came today May 25th when I opened them they smelled rotten! Upon closer inspection they were all melted and had MOLD growing on them! When we called to complain they promised I would get new strawberries by tomorrow but the email said not until May 27th! When we called later to tell them they need to be shipped by tomorrow the guy hung up! Called back again and still on hold! I am so disappointed in their product and will not use them ever again! In the past we had good experiences I don't know what happened!

TERRIBLE customer service. I guess I didn't do my homework. I will never order again from Sharis Berries. I had to call BACK 3 times to get a confirmation and they kept changing my order, I could not understand them at all. Did not give me my discounts and kept telling my confirmation would be 3 hrs. I got so tired of repeating myself! I asked where they were, said the Philippines. Why do companies in the US do this! $$$. I canceled order and ordered from Edible Arrangements. Why didn't I do that to begin with! Not even sure yet if they credited my account. They didn't understand anything I was talking about! So save yourself time and Money ~DO USE THIS COMPANY~ Jody

After buying a groupon coupon and ordering from shari berries, and trying to communicate with people who i could not understand i finally authorized an amout to charge but was actually charges 3 times that amount without my approval. Called my bank right away and charge was wiped out. They tried to steal over 75 dollars in bogus fees not divulged to me. RIP OFF ARTISTS

With all companies comes hiccups. I ordered berries for the first time, a dozen... two out of the dozen strawberries (for my mom on mothers day) were like midget strawberries lol they were laughable. I was like the hell... I paid good money for decent sized strawberries and I wasn't pleased with two of them being mediocre so I emailed them... they IMMEDIATELY offered to send 12 more berries or anything of that value or give a full refund. I felt it would be morally wrong to accept a full refund and to be honest I would have been happy with 6 more berries considering I was only unhappy with 2... Anyways I chose the option of 12 more berries... they are beautiful and very good. And I'm quite amazed at the customer service I received from this company.

I was dreading Valentines Day due to all the bad reviews and I had already placed an order for two dozen roses and half dozen strawberries. My wife absolutely loved the flowers and berries, which were in excellent condition considering the fact that they were shipped in a box by FedEx. The glass vase was intact, which again is surprising considering FedEx handled the shipping. The roses look amazing, they were kept hydrated and very well protected, and the strawberries looked immaculate. They were ripe and were not affected by temperatuee due to the way they were packaged.

Received a gift of 6 Sharri's Berries as a Mother's Day Gift, delivered May 8,2015.
Included were 3 single serving "cheesecakes". The chocolate was melted off the berries, and stuck to the carton, at first I did know what the cheesecakes were they were partially melted I though they were a pudding of some sort, however a label on the box stated "cheesecakes"
There appeared to be a small plastic bag with what might have been ice in the carton the gift was delivered in but that also was melted. The entire gift was put into the garbage. I gave a review of one star because there was no space for no star!

This is the biggest scam going. I ordered these for my daughter because she adores chocolate covered strawberries - but what she got was a joke. I only ordered them because I found a "deal" on Groupon, but by the time I got to the end of the "$20" order, it was close to $60! And when I saw what she actually received, I was greatly disappointed. Complete ripoff. I will never order them again. If I could give them no stars, I would.

Being overpriced is one thing, but paying extra for Valentine's day delivery and not receiving on Valentine's day is unprofessional and infuriating! My husband paid over 100$ for 6 chocolate covered strawberries and 12 cheesecake bites to be delivered as a surprise for me on Valentine's day. Well surprise ruined! I only hope they have the decency to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. As of this point we are VERY UNSATISFIED and will never order from this company again.

I was extremely embarrassed when my boyfriend opened up the box of Chocolate Covered Strawberries in front of loved ones. I'll let the picture say the rest. I will NEVER order anything from Sharri's Berries again!

These berries were delivered on time, packed with an ice pack and they were perfect! Extra large berries and hand dipped, some were dipped in milk chocolate, some were dipped in white chocolate, some were dipped in chocolate and swirled and some were birthday decorated. I was nervous after reading all the negative posts so maybe they've stepped up their game? All I can say is they were on time and perfect! I would definitely order from them again.
