Do not order from them

This is a horrible company with terrible customer service. Bottom line is do not order anything from this company because it will not be delivered when they say it will and they will lie to you directly.

Rotten Berries!

I have been ordering these berries for years, most years I order more than once. The last few times I have sent or ordered these berries they have been both rotten and or extremely small two times they have come rotten the first time was when I sent them to my mother in another state she called me to thank me but told me they were rotten and soggy, the company replace them with extremely tiny berries nothing like pictured the second time was recently I ordered them for my husband for our anniversary, we both took a bite of the small Berry and it was rotten! I tried several others that were also rotten, I called the company which I believe was overseas and they replaced them with extremely tiny berries nothing like what you see in their pictures nothing like what I used to get!
After three times giving them a chance Ive decided I will no longer order sharis berries they take no pride in their product!

Never received the product on mother's day. Can not get through on phone. After many attempts to call I finally got through only to be placed on hold where they lost my call twice. Still have not recieved product or refund. The website will not allow you to send an email because the captcha system produces an error. I am done with this company!

Mother's Day Gift
May 14, 2017

I was unable to visit my mom this Mother's Day due to work schedule. I was very pleased with the quickness and the variety Shari Berries offers. Once I sent it, it was delivered on Mother's Day at a reasonable time. And not only did the delivery man graciously greeted my family and wished my mom a happy mother's day with the gifts and the card from me, but also had a treat for my dogs since he heard them barking. My family enjoyed every little sweet treat and I am so happy to have been able to give something to my mom while I wasn't able to visit her on this holiday. Thank you and I look forward to ordering from here again!

Do Not use Sherries Berries or FruitBouquets.
I bought $20 Groupon. I was ordering Chocolate covered Strawberries. I usually just order thru Groupon. I had a question for Sherries Berries. The girl LeAnne who was taking the call from the Philippines. Took my credit card for $20. She called me back to say there was a clitche they charged my card $288. I saw Red! So angry! They would not get my money bk for 7-10 days. I said you stole and robbed me I want my $$ back! I told them is I stole a berrie fro their store I would be arrested! Disgrace! I live paycheck to paycheck. They didn't even offer to ship my order for free after the nightmare! I never got my money back! I hope Sherries Berries goes out of business and I-800 FruitBouquets! Incompetent company! They don't care about their customers. To wait 7-10 days!

Paid to have items delivered on the 13th and it is the 14th
And they have not arrived as of noon. Called and was placed on hold for over 25 minutes and no one answered. Do not use this company again and I will be challenging his order with my credit card company.

Called to inquire about an oder that was scheduled to be delivered on the Friday before Mothers Day.
Guess what the CSR i tried to talk with said it was scheduled for the 19th. A week late.
P.s. They charged the full amount to the CC already.

Don't do it

Shari berries I received were strawberry were so small wouldn't serve them to no one they were half covered and they left them in the sun no secure box. Some one could have walk up and open them. And the window of delivery is terrible. So I call and they said they would send me more, Never received them and I called back a couple days later." same thing", said they would send never got them. Would recommend them to no one

I was ordering a dozen berries for a birthday and was doing this two weeks in advance. The price started out at $27.98 plus $12.99 standard shipping. Then they added $9.99 for Monday delivery. That brings the shipping charges up to $22.98. When ordering online, I was asked if I preferred morning or afternoon delivery. I put morning not thinking that I would not be charged extra for it. Then the site said my berries would be delivered between 9AM and 9PM. Thats not morning yet I was charged extra for morning delivery - $14.99 more. That brings the delivery charges up to $37.97. My $27.98 berries were now going to cost a total of $72.05! Who does that? I dont know how they stay in business. I called customer service but thats a joke. Needless to say, I did not complete the order.

My mom received her fruit basket but was not happy with it. I contacted customer service and they replaced the product and my mom was very happy. They have great customer recovery and will order again

Very disappointed

I unfortunately used this company as the Edible Bouquet was not available in the area for delivery. Extremely disappointed as the delivery fee was 1/3 the cost. And the gift was over priced to begin with.

Delivery charges
July 24, 2018

I tried to place an order for 1/2 a dozen strawberries that totaled $24.99. The shipping charge was $14.99 and because I wanted them delivered on Monday there was another $9.99 charge. The total would be $54.99 for 6 STRAWBERRIES! That is insane. I spoke to the customer service and she told me that i can avoid the $9.99 "Monday Fee" by having the package delivered n Tuesday. Well... my husband's birthday is on MONDAY not Tuesday. I canceled my order and their customer service is horrible.

What a disaster!

The reason for Shari's Berries being completely useless is that they have outsourced their customer service to a particularly bad overseas company in India. Wow! Trying to communicate on the phone with this English-challenged person was UNBELIEVABLY hopeless! I tried the next day and got another such person, who mispronounced my first name (Lisa) in exactly the same way.
When a company sells only product is chocolate covered strawberries and your customer service rep. Doesn't know what dark chocolate means, I'd classify that as an epic fail!

A box was to be delivered in time for my birthday but it was delivered to the wrong party in the wrong state. After several phone calls, a replacement was supplied by Sharis Berries and resent to be delivered days after the birthday being celebrated. It was delivered to the wrong party a second time! Two strikes and counting.

I ordered the strawberries and they charged my PayPal account. Strawberries never showed up yet they took my money. Went to the website and it showed no order but they still had my money. I went to their useless online agent who eventually blamed PayPal for the mess up even though they were the ones who charged my account. Its called passing the buck. To this day I still have no berries but they still have my money.

Never arrived

I ordered a dozen berries twice. On each occasion when tracking my order it said processing even after the promised delivery date I paid extra for. When I called Sharis berries on both occasions they said I cancelled the order. I did not. I paid via PayPal. I called them and they said my payment info was accurate. In fact an order from another vendor went through the same day without problems. Customer service was not helpful. All they could say was it was cancelled. Twice? I will never order from them again. It has taken weeks to get the pending charge off my credit card. Thought the order was cancelled. Duh! They are crooks. There are much more reputable companies to order from.

I submitted a request for a birthday gift for my supervisor. The package was not delivered on the date the I needed it to be. These are strawberries so was it fresh. Package never received like it was supposed too.

Sent these to my gf as an anniversary gift and the carrier delivered it to the wrong building. I specified to have it delivered to her building but they gave it to shipping/receiving and the berries got to her 5 hours late and were melted. Never shopping here again.

I purchased an order of a dozen chocolate strawberries from sharis berries for my cousins birthday. I paid $30 in shipping and handling because I ordered them the week I wanted them delivered. This was a lot for shipping and handling but I really wanted to give my cousin a special birthday not only did the strawberries never arrive but I was also charged for them. I called shari's the day before the scheduled delivery and there wasn't a problem. Every customer service employee I spoke with put me on hold numerous times and yet still couldn't tell me what the issue was. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with ordering anything online

Horrible

If I could Give it no stars I absolutely would. I had chocolate coverage strawberries delivered to my home. Strawberries were all crushed along with the chocolate, the bottom of the box.
That they were delivered in was all sticky and wet from the strawberry juice. When I open the box, the ice pack. It wasn't even cold and sitting on top of the strawberries, which crushed them all. And that box. Was all wet from the strawberry juice. And the worst part was when you're pulled some of the chocolate off one of the strawberries was covered in Mold. I am extremely disappointed the fact that my family members spent that kind of money to have $#*!y strawberries deliver to my house. At least I know I'll never Order from there.
