Service sucks!

I made an order over the phone. The sales rep was ship busy reading her script and interrupting my answers to her questions, that she kept getting my information wrong. I have no idea what was ordered at this point I received no confirmation e mail. Fed Ex called me for a correct address because the recipient address they had didn't exist. I have yet to find a way to speak to anyone at sheri's berries, and keep getting disconnected on the phone, or cannot submit my complaint in their contact us page on the web site. I can only how my fiance is going to receive what I ordered for her. I plan to contact both tv and radio about their lack of customer service, sloppy sales, and I assuredly will find other ways to spend my money surprising the woman I love. Thanks for such a frustrating experience.

I ordered two items, strawberries and flowers. I got scared when I got 2 emails saying each separate order going to the same location, were both delivered. When I was in the process of a call, one was, but not the other. That scared me. However, upon calling, one was actually still in transit. Upon reading reviews, I got really scared. I spoke to several overseas sounding reps, who were very obliging and helpful. Long story short, both items arrived in good condition and pleased my elderly step mom. Not sure why one was marked delivered when it was not, perhaps it was a short distance away. I was really afraid since I used a different company for Mother's Day, and nothing was delivered. I called my bank and that helps. If you have problems, I advise you to open a dispute. This was a happy ending on all counts and the customer service reps, I spoke to 3 in total, tried their best to help. Hopefully they are on the upswing. I had mind delivered in Hewlett, NY. Hope this helps. I can't provide pictures because she lives in NY and Im in NJ, but if I get the opportunity to submit them, I will at a later date.

Ordered for my husband for earlier delivery for father's day and delivery never came when selected. No contact to me regarding delivery other than a email later saying "attempted Delivery". MY ORDER WAS STILL SHOWING IN THE CONFIRMED SECTION AND NEVER IN TRANSIT.

I have been home all day waiting for the fruit bouquet. GOT A REFUND!

Yum! I received berries as a graduation present from my parents to my apartment in the SF Bay Area. They arrived perfectly packed and were SOOO tasty (thankfully I haven't eaten all of them yet, so I guess they still ARE tasty :P) . The chocolate (milk chocolate) is incredible, and the strawberries are delicious and fresh-tasting. I also appreciated how they arrived on the day of my graduation. It made the day super sweet.

I was on year 2 of a tradition of sending my mother, step mother, and mother in law Shari's berries for Mother's day.

I paid an extra $10 for this item to be delivered on Saturday 5/9/20. Not only was it not delivered on this date (it arrived 5/8/20) which I paid extra to ensure someone wouldbe home at the time of delivery, but the delivery person did not even ring or knock on the door and left this perishable item outside in 106 degree weather compromising this product that I spent a significant amount of money on.

I sent two emails describing this complaint and was ignored. I will be using another service for all future mother's day deliveries as it is clear this company does not care about customer satisfaction for extremely over priced products.

Bad Berries
June 11, 2020

Do not buy from these people! You will regret sending these as a gift. I have gotten them for years and this year was a disaster. The berries were soggy and molded! I called and emailed them and they never responded. I told my daughter to reverse the charges. They have sold out and it is not a good thing! Do not buy from this company.

This company is a thief! I made a full purchase on 1800 flowers & Shari's berries also charged me for the same item in which I did not authorized the transaction through them! I have made numerous calls since 6/08/2020 and their employees are rude! I was told tht I will be refunded in 1-2 hrs and still today I have not gotten anything back! I have turn this matter over to the BBB! IM PUZZLE to how they were able to steal my bank information & I didnt do the transaction with them! I want my $84.00 back! I will continue to shame this company until you guys do the right thing and refund me back my $$ that was not authorized for you to take!

No Integrity

So this is the *******@sharisberries ships out for Mother's Day.

Absolutely no integrity. As long as they have your money, they couldn't care less about the product they're selling. DISGUSTING.

Note that I'm posting this over a month out from the purchase because that how long my mother and I have been given the run around by their customer service.

Huge delivery fees because of their "careful packaging," and this is what shows up.

Gift gone wrong

My son bought me a dozen of Sharis berries for Mother's Day.
The chocolate on most of the berries were broken off in pieces. Of course, I still ate them and they were good, but had to pick up the small pieces to eat with the berries.
I didn't tell my son, because I didn't want him to feel bad. They are costly.
I took pictures and sent to customer service with my complaint. I never got any kind of acknowledgment.
I guess they don't stand behind their products. I would not want to send this to anyone, for them to get it broken like this. I know these things happen, but not to get any kind of acknowledgement tells me all I want to know.

My Husband ordered these for Mother's Day this year. We are now in June and I still have yet to receive berries that are not decomposed. They have tried four times to send a new shipment. One of them never showed up. Three of them arrived in mushy decomposed unedible nasty puddles of juicy yuckiness. I cannot believe after all these years we have never had a bad experience until this one. But honestly it should I even bother calling a fifth time? I would really just like My husbands $67 back.

Very Disappointed!

I order some fruit from Shari Berries for my fiancé. When I received it they delivered it at 9am it sat outside in 80 degree weather. When I came home from work, ants was all over my bag, fruit was spoiled and molded. I called ask for a refund. They said they will re deliver the next day for free. Also they said they will call me when they deliver. Next day came it nevered got delivered in which they said they delivered it. First of all when u order from Shari Berries it comes in the mail with a ice pack to keep the fruit fresh. Im sticking to edible arrangements at least your fruit is fresh. Im going to show you the fruit that i received. The chocolate looked like they made a hollow chocolate cast and stuck the strawberries in it not professional at all. There 3rd party customer service could not tell a good lie. Not when your job is customer service.

Never received the product on mother's day. Can not get through on phone. After many attempts to call I finally got through only to be placed on hold where they lost my call twice. Still have not recieved product or refund. The website will not allow you to send an email because the captcha system produces an error. I am done with this company!

Called customer service number after first delivery attempt was over a week late. They sent a second order out workout offering a refund. These were also not received on delivery date and were inedible on receipt. I was not offered a refund prior to this shipment and as I wanted my mother to get her strawberries, i did not decline a second attempt. After this second attempt also failed I called customer service and after I was on hold for over 1 hour because I requested a full refund, I was told tjat the wpuls only issue partial refund since there had been a second delivery attempt. They also issued me a $20 credit to use towards my next order but this still did not cover the entire cost. And is useless as I will not be using this company again!
I was told between first and second order someone would call to follow up with me to ensure delivery and they did not.
When I asked to speak with a supervisor to explain this complex situation, they hung up on me.

Chocolate was cracked off the fruit and the fruit was going bad & old, called left message, stayed on hold and no one every came to the phone, and I emailed them with pictures. The sad thing about it is, I could not tell may daughter how bad the order was. I trashed them since they belong in the garage with all the other trash. What waste of my daughters money. Shame on you.

Moldy strawberries

I was supposed to receive chocolate dipped strawberries on Saturday May 23rd for a birthday gift from my husband and they did not come. Instead they came today May 25th when I opened them they smelled rotten! Upon closer inspection they were all melted and had MOLD growing on them! When we called to complain they promised I would get new strawberries by tomorrow but the email said not until May 27th! When we called later to tell them they need to be shipped by tomorrow the guy hung up! Called back again and still on hold! I am so disappointed in their product and will not use them ever again! In the past we had good experiences I don't know what happened!

Has gone Downhill

The Shari's Berries that were sent to my mom were delivered 1 week AFTER Mother's Day and they were over ripe. Also the chocolate did not cover all of the strawberries. The cold pack was completely warm and the chocolate was starting to melt. We received a second delivery of Strawberries 1 week later and these were just as bad as the first batch. Once again they were melting and the cold pack was warm. Some of the strawberries even had mold on them. I'm not sure what has happened to Shari's Berries but we won't be ordering from them again.

I placed an order, only to get a confirmation that it will be delivered a month later than what I chose. I called customer service and tried to explain the situation over the sound of chickens cackling in the background.

I was assured that the date was changed and I'd get an email confirmation.

Crickets...

I called back to cancel and was told that I should expect a refund for the order in one to two billing cycles...

Same chickens. Perhaps they should eat the crickets.

Ordered a $50 package for dear friends, to be delivered for a strategic special occasion. The package did not arrive by the intended date. I gave it 2 more days. Still no arrival. I called and a man who spoke poor English and with a difficult dialect answered. It took us 30 minutes to dialogue in order for him to understand the problem and how to solve it. He reordered our gift and said it'll be there by May 16th. May 17th, still no package. (Ugh). I called again, a lady answered who spoke a little more English but still a foreign dialect. I get it, these people are just trying to make a living and feed their families. I empathize with that. But c'mon on.

And yes, we're just coming off COVID. Okay.

So I reordered the package a second time. She said it'll be there by May 20th.

Today is May 21st.

I'm "out" 50 bucks because I don't even want to call back again.

I tried 3 times.

Done.
