I've used Shari's Berries multiple times ONLY because my wife loves the chocolate covered strawberries so much but the company NEVER gets my order to her in a timely manner and all special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries have been a huge disappointment because they always arrive after working hours and she doesn't know she has them until the day after. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! GO ELSEWHERE!
I was gifted a bouquet of flowers with a box of chocolate strawberries. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! The strawberries on the other hand were horrible. The chocolate had a funny dry taste to it. When I broke through to the strawberry it had mold spots.
BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY AND LET DOWN EVER! I spent $65 dollars on chocolate covered strawberries to surprise my friend at her job. I made sure to request with the company the hours needed to be delivered between. My request was responded to with a yes we can do that. The next day mot only dis I have to call twice because no one answered the phone the first time. But the delivery driver called me 10 mins AFTER my end delivery time saying she had 19 deliveries to make and would not be able to get there before said business CLOSED FOR THE EVENING (8pm) EVEN IF I HADNT MADE A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR A CERTAIN TIME SLOT, this company still couldnt fullfill my order! WORST COMPANY, EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE EVER! Now I need to wait 7-10 days for a freakin refund!

The order was supposed to be delivered around noon or at the latest 2:00pm. And once delivered they didn't share any of the specifics so the hotel didn't know whom to give them to so they sat till after 5pm.
What's more frustrating, is the berries were nothing as you advertise as they were small and decorated to the level my 5 year old could do. I am utterly amazed that a company that sole business is strawberries, can screw up every possible aspect of deliverying 12 strawberries. I clearly should of read the reviews ahead of time as I now know why SB has 80% negative reviews. Thanks for price gouging me, deliverying a subpar product and ruining what was suppose to be an uplifting moment; in my wives difficult day. You did not deliver a smile, and this will be the last time I express myself with your organization.
Shari's Berries charged my credit card after I cancelled my order in a timely manner before shipment. I review my purchased and canceled the order IMMEDIATELY! I canceled because the shipping charged was $17+ dollars. Shari's Berries claimed to have sent me an email of the cancellation notice. THE COMPANY LIED. I never received an email. I will dispute the charges with my bank. BUYERS, PLEASE BEWARE! They are liars and cheater in all aspects of list and cheater. Never again! Awful!
I order on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery for a friend just diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. They never came. I call, they say they were delivered, well not to the right place i tell them cause shes been home all day. Same old bull$#*! apology from someone that doesn't speak english. They reorder on weds for Saturday delivery, promising a $20 certificate by email. It never came. Then I find out that on Saturday the driver dumps them at the door, never rang the bell so they sat in the hot sun and melted being ruined. I swear this place NEVER EVER AGAIN.
I ordered my wife a flower and strawberries and the card was a handwritten post it note and then it was not cold and to top it off its a darn virus out there and the delivery driver didn't have no gloves on! Edible Arrangements for now on!
I had been a member if their community for the last 15 years, sending gifts to families and friends for years, accumulating reward points and filling out satisfaction guarantees.
Today for over an hour I tried to log into their website to place a sympathy basket and was unsuccessful.
I called their customer service number only to learn the company had recently been acquired, all the Previous customer information and orders were all lost.
With this decline in customer service, I can only assume their product satifaction will follow the same decline.
I will never use them again
It was totally delectable, strawberries were fresh & sweet. I received it on yesterday from a friend due to the passing of my sister. It was a pleasant surprise.
One would expect, when gazing upon the display picture, to receive not only a beautiful array of bright, cheery strawberries, but delectable surprise from such a highly praised business that specializes in gourmet treats. Instead, when opening on arrival, eyes feasted on a dark, warm mess of poorly packaged, lazily decorated assortment that was more suited to instilling a sense of depression than a Happy Birthday. Giving it a fair shot regardless of its unsavoury first impression, the chocolate was tasty, before inevitably biting into a strawberry that was a far cry from being the vibrant fresh berries the site tempts you with, but better described as practically fermented. I can't believe I paid $50+ for 12 inedible strawberries, never mind the guilt and shame of daring to tack on a note to the recipient wishing for them to be enjoyed.
I ordered strawberries for my daughter's birthday in March and they were left to rot at FedEx but decided to give them another try and ordered yesterday and was provided with a order number. However I am unable to confirm that the order was placed or will be delivered tomorrow as requested and when I asked for the order to be canceled and a refund provided I was advised the system is down and then agent disconnected chat. Will be reporting them to the BBB.
I placed an order for the Belgian dark/white chocolate B-Day strawberries for my fiance and when it arrived the outer package was dented in and it got worse as I opened the box not to mention the smell of alcohol.
Berries were ordered for me on Thursday after I had surgery. They were to arrive on Friday but missed a delivery time. They stated they would send out a new package of Berries and I would receive them by Monday. Ok good. The berries arrived Monday from the same tracking number from Thursday... gross. The ice packs were melted, strawberries squished and moldy, package had a horrible odor. I called customer service and they wanted to re-deliver a new package. After their lies I said no. Now they are giving the person who bought them for me a very hard time getting their money back. Stay away from this company horrible. Not worth the expensive price.
Don't order from these people. I cancelled order and they kept my money $60.00 Spoke with customer service and they told me funds would be distributed into my account within seven business days. Never happened... Outrageous

I ordered a plant ($63.00), had it sent to a friend. When it arrived it was basically a stick with a few leaves. I reached out to customer service; no response 4 days later. I won't be purchasing from them again due to what was delivered and for their lack of acknowledgement to my 'complaint'.
Never again! This was such a waste of time and money! What is the point of picking a delivery date if they're not even going to deliver on time. Couple days have passed and still no order. So much for a fresh gift! Wish I could rate it ZERO STARS!
If we could give zero stars we would. Ordered some chocolate covered strawberries and flowers for my partner in KY, I live in OH. The morning of the delivery I got a call from FedEx saying there was no such address. I double checked and they had my gf's street address and my city and state. So I called Shari's Berries so called customer service 3 times and couldn't get any straight answers or a refund. Im having to go through my bank to get my money back. Everyone in customer service was over seas and difficult to understand and hard to get them to understand. I would be placed on hold for long periods of time then they would come back and say'someone is working on your account' they will call you back. That never happened. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Its a rip off.
The customer service sucks. You call to find out where you delivery is and given answers that make no sense what so ever. Don't have any idea. Zero clue. On a special day they should know where and when your product is going to get to the destination. No idea. No clue. No managers to talk to. Put on hold numerous times saying the supervisor is on another line. I can see why they are on another line. Don't ruin your special occasion with this company.
Never delivered. I tried calling and was told that there was a 4-6 hour wait. I tried e-mailing and no one replied for a week. Mother's Day gift ruined. This company is one of the worst I have ever had the unpleasant experience of encountering!
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
