Called customer service number after first delivery attempt was over a week late. They sent a second order out workout offering a refund. These were also not received on delivery date and were inedible on receipt. I was not offered a refund prior to this shipment and as I wanted my mother to get her strawberries, i did not decline a second attempt. After this second attempt also failed I called customer service and after I was on hold for over 1 hour because I requested a full refund, I was told tjat the wpuls only issue partial refund since there had been a second delivery attempt. They also issued me a $20 credit to use towards my next order but this still did not cover the entire cost. And is useless as I will not be using this company again!
I was told between first and second order someone would call to follow up with me to ensure delivery and they did not.
When I asked to speak with a supervisor to explain this complex situation, they hung up on me.
