My husband got me a package of strawberries that came cracked and fruit looked unripe in some and over ripe in others. The flowers were comparable to something from the discount section of your local gas station. Many of the roses were wilted, 2 fell off and the white what i believe are lillies are brown and wilted. My husbamd spent ALOT of money which is what I'm most upset about, If your going to charge customers $200+ and say they can be delivered anywhere in the US, hold true to what you claim. I make better chocolate covered berries, and we could've save alot of $ getting flowers from Walmart!
Spend $200 on strawberry and the strawberry was small it wasn't worth the price I think y'all could have did better for the price I paid

I am extremely disappointed. If I am spending $75 on fruits, I expect them to be as the picture shows.
- The chocolate is melting off
- The fruits are not as nicely cut or arranged
- The packaging presentation was messy
- The purple and green tissue combination looks cheap
- The quantity of fruits is less than the picture on your website
- There are no strawberries
- The WHOLE reason I got this arrangement was for the cute smiley faces on the pineapples and it didn't even have that!
I do understand if the arrangement isn't exact if some fruits are not available, like the strawberries, but how can the final product be SO different from what is advertised? My boyfriend and I are in a long-distance relationship, and learning that this is the quality of product he received is SO disappointing.
Shari's Berries used to be fabulous UNTIL they sold out to 1 800 FLOWERS. Then, they went downhill when the local florist started dipping.
A recent order showed up a day late. Florist tried to cover their berry (lol) by claiming they attempted to deliver. I was home all day. Additionally, driver from Door dash called 3 times claiming he could not deliver because when he got to florist, they were closed. Product finally delivered next morning at 7:10am and woke entire household by ringing doorbell.
Berries were not as picture perfect as shown. Very sloppy and even Corporate Customer service said they were ugly when they saw picture.
My husband surprised me with a dozen strawberries and when I received them more than half were broken. There was chocolate all over the inside of the box and some were upside down and it was just a mess. Called and talked to a customer service rep and she kept putting me on hold and talked in circles. She said she couldn't send me a new order that the best she could do was reimburse my husband for half of what he paid. Completely disappointed with this company and their customer service!
I was very upset after tracking the strawberries I sent my mom ( to be delivered on her birthday) tracking showed that they got as far as 20 minutes from her house that afternoon but the a "delayed" message came up and no delivery! I had told her there was a surprise coming. Poor business. Wont order again
They split up my order when I paid for Valentine's Day shipping for both items. I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and a dozen red roses. They had the audacity to ship the flowers the very next day (the 9th), instead of shipping them with the strawberries on Valentine's. Totally ruined the surprise, and I had to ask if she got the strawberries too, so now she knows she was supposed to get them! Absolutely ruined my Valentine's Day surprise, and I'm crushed. I was just trying to be romantic this year and now it's all gone sideways.
My fiancé got me some chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day. When they arrived, a few of the strawberries were cracked and one of them had no chocolate at all. The quality of the fruit is terrible, they're sour and half frozen. I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere.
I've been ordering from Shari's Berries for 7 or 8 years. I usually spend a couple thousand dollars per year for various people i. E. wife, grandmother, kids mother etc. There have been issues in the past melted chocolate, broken flowers, broken vases, and for the most part Shari's Berries has tried to make things right.
However the way we were treated this time is completely unacceptable.
My grandmother is 91 years old and has recently moved to a nursing home that is located 3 hours away from where I live. I visit her every weekend, I found out in November of 2021 I would not be able to visit her the weekend of February 11th 2022, I ordered her some flowers and strawberries on November 23,2021, to apologize for not being able to visit her that weekend. The order was $393.89.
I received a call from Shari's berries on February 9,2022, letting me know they have canceled my order because they had a large number of orders come in. As a business owner myself I understand not being overwhelmed with orders, I understand not being able to get to every customer right away, I also understand having to turn customers away. What I don't understand is, I placed my order 3 months ago, why was my order was not first in line? Why they waited until two days before the order was to be delivered to inform me? And why they would treat a customer who has spend over $6000 with their company with such disregard? And why on earth would you treat a elderly woman with in the same manner?
The customer support individual I talked to was very professional, I understand it wasn't his fault or his decision to cancel the order, and he did his best to handle the situation. However the person making the decisions should have enough gumption to make the calls themselves.
I still don't have a full refund of the $393.89.
Ordered for my mom's birthday on 2/2 and they weren't delivered until 2/7 and looked horrible. Things happen. I contacted customer service to see if they would process a refund as I spent $65. First girl offered me 50% refund and redelivery. Ok sure. She processes the refund then suddenly the chat ends. Tried 2 more times to get in contact with them and nothing. Finally get ahold of someone and it takes 30 minutes just for them to tell me what I already knew. Customer service isn't the best.
Worst service ever! Spend nearly $200 for a dozen red roses and chocolate covered strawberry's. AND Only received the berries called customer service, they where not able to do anything and refuse to transfer my call to management or refund! Will never order or recommend them ever! Should have stuck with Edible Arrangements!
I'm really glad that I'm the only person dissatisfied with this vender, when you get the delivery moron pounding on your door at time of delivery because my door bell wasn't working and then have him yelling at you about the delivery they should consider getting another delivery service, of course the owner of Sherries Berries should also be notified.
I would never again place an order with this moron in Schaumburg along with the delivery service that they use, this dope gave Shari's Berries a bad name.

Shari Berries is the worst company ever. I was supposed to get my order within 24 hours of purchase. 48 hrs later and nothing. They claimed to attempt delivery 3 times and i have security cameras to prove they never came. I stood by the door for hours and i never saw anyone. I gave my phone number to the phone operator (3rd party because the location itself doesn't speak directly to customers), which they said they would call and not once did i get a call. They practically stole $82 from me for strawberries. Worst customer service experience. Please save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. I would add photos but i never received my order
I would have given it 0 STARS if I could! This was the worst Experience I ever had with a business, and I am one to never complain, but this was embarrassing to say the least. The Presentation was CHEAP for the amount of money paid, The Flowers were drooped and looked almost dead, I had to tape their necks to hold them straight, and the chocolate covered strawberries were all cracked and broken. Sadly, that wasn't even the worst part! The strawberries smelled sour and they were ROTTEN! Tried to give a nice gift for Christmas, and I paid the price of embarrassment. I don't know how this place is even still in business with a 1.3 Star rating. Here's another bad one!

I hope the world sees this. This wanna be company should be shut down. Moldy strawberries rotten and cracked open and look filthy and unwashed u can see half the strawberries with dirt on em. Eeeew how are u getting away with making people sick u are gonna have the worst karma lmao you are a scam and u make me sick doing this to people. 60.00? For a rotten moldy smelly strawberry? No taste to them but rotten. The chocolate that is used is like chewing candle wax for 10 minutes. They stink. Like your company. You should be ASHAMED. You scammer. Years ago I dealt with 1-800-FLOWERS. Same company! I wish I had known before I placed an order. They asked me to look at a calendar and pick a date. Some days were blocked out so I picked a date a week in advance. They said delivery was on its way. Gave me a tracking number. It showed progress. Nothing was delivered. After 4 days I called this place and they said that my order was cancelled through them. They already billed me. I asked when we're you going to tell me? They suck. Never order flowers on line. You think your loved one got a wonderful bouquet. Your love one will call you and thank you. But if we're see what was sent them it is nothing like they describe to you. Let's go back to the malls!

A friend of mine in Hawaii took the time and money to place an order and have it shipped to our home as a holiday gift. External Packaging was good, icepack still cold. But the contents? Doesn't even come close to the advert pic. Somebody seriously needs to refund her, her money.
Order was for 12-7-21 wss not delivered fir my daughters birthday. Order rescheduled for 12-8-21 not what I originally order so unhappy with this ask to speak with management they said they can't order has been processed. Bull$#*! not what I order or paid for. Something special turned out to be a damn nightmare..
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
