My children could have done a better job on these. They were super tiny (bigger strawberries at Walmart) and I only received 1/2 of my order. When I called they sent out a new order but after waiting another WEEK for them to be delivered I decided to get a refund. They offered a 50% refund and a "gift card" like I will ever use it after dealing with this crap. Never using them again as I am so disappointed, sad also because we have been buying from them for years. They have lost a long time customer.
Never order from this place. Huge waste of money. Ordered a dozen chocolate strawberries for my mom for mothers days and almost every berry was broken. All the chocolate was cracked off the the fruit was soggy and gross. Was suppose to be delivered on Saturday didn't come until Monday but still charged me the weekend delivery price. Tried to contact customer care about what happened and have bee waiting since Saturday night for a response. Don't waste your money here.

First off, they were delivered a day later than the selected date.
Second, they look like a child dipped them and toss them in a container to rush out the orders. The shipping package was well done but the presentation of the actual strawberries was quite disappointing.
The taste is mediocre at best. Do yourself a favor and shop local if you are looking to gift someone some dipped strawberries.
Worst service ever! Spend nearly $200 for a dozen red roses and chocolate covered strawberry's. AND Only received the berries called customer service, they where not able to do anything and refuse to transfer my call to management or refund! Will never order or recommend them ever! Should have stuck with Edible Arrangements!
Not sure what happened I was a big fan. I understand things can go wrong but sometimes you are judge by how you respond. So far no response in 2 days. I have called, message on facebook, and emailed. I am sorry to see this happen to this business.
My fiance sent me these on Valentine's Day. They were received in very poor condition. Most were thrown away due to soft mushy brown berries and melted chocolate. Your site clearly states refund if not satisfied but when she tried to get the refund they only offered a 50% refund on a $71.00 Order. She had to argue and argue with them and still, 50% was all that was offered. They said they would send a reorder but she wanted her money not another chance of poorly shipped Berries. If you people advertise refunds on your site then you had t best state 50% or someone will report you for false advertising to the Federal Trade Commission.
On May 5 I ordered two items based on a May 5 email that offered buy 1, get 1 half off. I got charged full price for both items. I emailed for help and got an [apparently] automated form email from them telling me to call their service center. I was not able to do so until a couple of days later. The friendly foreign service desk agent apologized profusely and told me there was nothing they could do about it since the order had already shipped.
I have ordered from here 2-3 times in the past with no problem. But today what they sent to me and my mother in law was a mess! My husband spent over $100 for both orders and that's a lot for fruit, covered in chocolate, that is delivered broken, in pieces and that doesn't smell fresh. I think we will stick with our local edible arrangements from now on.
Used this company a couple of time in the past 10 years. Shipping charges are out of control and product quality has gone down hill. Latest order was combined with a dozen roses from Pro Flowers --- but I guess that the people placing the order can only count to 10. I got 10 roses and 6 small strawberries for $60 -- customer service was not good and it took me 10 minutes to get a service rep and then they had me on hold for 15 minutes. I will not use Shari's Berries or Pro Flowers ever again.
It's become a tradition between my siblings and I to send chocolate covered strawberries to each other for the appropriate holidays. Sherries berries is our favorite company for that particular gift. The shipping is a bit pricey if only giving short notice however they always make it happen. The strawberries, both taste and presentation, are divine every time. Expect to spend a little money but you get what you pay for every last time!
Today around 10 am I placed an order for my cousin who was released from the hospital. I thought that it would be delivered in a few hours. Its 7:45 pm and she still hasn't received the berries. I went online to try and track the order to no avail and had to call their customer service line. Should it really take all day for berries to be delivered and will they be delivered fresh? I should have checked the most recent reviews before I paid almost $70 for this. I called their customer service and was told they have until 8 pm to deliver. We shall see that's 15 min from now. Never again...
There smiles guarantee is an absolute lie. I felt I was short changed on 2 of the 3 orders I placed with them. My Half dozen my daughter received had 2 big strawberries and 4 very small. The dozen I sent to my mother were delivered late. On hold for 2.5 hours trying to get customer care and gave up when my phone was dyeing. E-mailed them all I got back was a $20 discount on next purchase. I don't do a $20 discount on next purchase when the current one is not fixed. Been buying for three mothers twice year for 4 years. Never again. No smiles from me.
For years, I have sent strawberries to my mom for special occasions. Last year for Mother's Day, the quality of the order was very disappointing. The chocolate was literally off most of the strawberries. I contacted the company, just to let them know. They offered another dozen that we declined because I only contacted them for informational purposes. I did something different for her birthday but decided to try again fort Mother's Day since she's really does love them. Once again, the chocolate was off several berries. I reached out and did not even receive a response. Done with this company.
Up until recently I loved this company. However, my last two orders were super late and not edible. Customer service is non existent. I have sent emails from my account and through paypal. I am very disappointed and have had to escalate a claim through PP to recover some of the $120 spent.
My girlfriend of 5 years left me after I got this as a gift for her on Valentine's day. It's absolutely unrelated to the gift itself, but 80$ for the girl to leave you was some bs, but she said she liked them, they tasted very good, she didn't like the white chocolate ones, I've never eaten this product but if I had to guess the white chocolate is my favorite flavor. The website is incredibly helpful, and makes purchasing the items incredibly easy. The shipping aspect was a very nice touch, and the what is a gift without a card attached, luckily they absolutely deliver on everything you could want. 3 stars because I have to blame someone for my breakup and I'll be damned if I take responsibility for my actions.
After receiving a dozen chocolate covered strawberries 2 days late they were broken and nasty. Sent email to customer service and no reply. I'll never order here again. They used to have great service but not anymore

My husband is away for work out of state for Valentine's day. He ordered a dozen of these berries for delivery from 1-800-flowers. They arrived this afternoon and I immediately opened the box to find the berries leaked juice all over the inside box. The white coated berries were so small and my first bite greeted me with a fizzy rotten taste on my tongue. I decided to try another one and the same result. Disgusting!
This is what I received as a thank you from my mom for helping with all of dad's final arrangements this past month. Looks like the entire order should have been buried with him. Now mom has to deal with getting a refund and knowing that what was sent with good intentions was not received as such on the other end. On a positive note, the ants seemed to have enjoyed the smashed overripe melted berries and the wilted flowers.
Do not order from this company. They are super stingy with the chocolate. They are nothing like the photos shows. The is a paper thin layer of chocolate for ridiculously expensive Strawberries. Make them yourself and you will be much happier
