UGHHH!

Terrible product. Ive heard the advertisement on the radio for years, so I was excited to sample the chocolate covered strawberries my mother-in-law received for her birthday.

What a major disappointment! I tried 3 different kinds to find that beneath the yummy chocolate were spoiled or half-green strawberries. What a joke!

Nice Christmas gift

This was a great gift...the roses and carnations were beautiful and the cheesecake squares were delicious!

Rough...looking at the flowers makes me smile! It was a perfect gift!

Just got a delivery of 11 berries in awful shape chocolate cracked all over. Called customer service, the girl said i had the wrong order number after being on hold 16min and: 37 sec. So i went back to the office got the box and guess what no other order #. I am on hold again as I write this! Customer service sucks and now they tell me agin that order # is wrong. Save the money and dip yourself

My Not So Funny Valentine

I ordered 4 chocolate covered cream filled cookies and 12 assorted cake pops for my husband for Valentine's Day. The order arrived on Friday, 2/10/17 as I specified; however the cake pops (which are his favorite) were missing and chocolate truffles sent instead. After spending what I consider a ridiculous amount of time waiting for customer service they agreed to replace the order and send it correctly but that it wouldn't arrive in time for the holiday. I agreed and the second order arrived yesterday 2/15/17 and was exactly the same incorrect order they sent the first time! Needless to say I requested my money back and promised I would never order from them again. It's a shame because they have wonderful product.

I needed to change the delivery address of an order as I received word that the individual would not be there on 1 29 2020. The Customer Service for Sherri's Berries is TERRIBLE! I explained what needing to be done and was placed on hold for 22 min for them to figure out how difficult this is! Going in the 23rd minute of holding, I was told they could not do BUT will TRY to call Fed Ex and have them change it. Twenty three minutes later, I was still holding! I finally hung up the phone! Times have definitely changed with your service. I am very disappointed in the quality of service and lack of English speaking reps. I had the person repeat what they said several times! For heavens sake, "Can I just change the address?" It still is not changed! Good grief

I sent an email as well, only to have it go unanswered.

Shari's Berries has excellent customer service and delivers a delicious product! My friend moved and I didn't have her updated address. She lives clear across the country from me, is 9 months pregnant, and LOVES fruit. She drove by her old apartment the next day and couldn't find the package. Not only did Shari's Berries replace my order for free, but they also rushed the delivery to her *correct* address for no extra fee. The next day, I was also pleasantly surprised to see a 25% discount coupon in my inbox for the inconvenience.

Not only were they a pleasure to deal with and gracious and eloquent in correspondences, but they also delivered a product that my friend absolutely loved! They made her day, and mine. I would recommend Shari's Berries to all my friends based on this most recent experience and others I've had with them.

They made me extra for delivery and it was 3 days after my scheduled delivery date and never got anything! Rip off and the workers are absolutely rude! They literally wanted to keep my money and keep taking it! Luckily I had payment protection with my card! Horrible experience! -0 + F- = Shari's berrirs

Worst company ever

My daughter ordered strawberries for me. She was told they would be delivered on mother's day. Now they said not til the 16th after mother's day. They are liars, they over charge. This is ridiculous. I should of read all of the reviews first. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Worst experience ever. Awful customer service. She was charged for Sunday delivery, standard shipping.

2 dozen poor quality strawberries with broken chocolate. Not packed with dry ice. No card with order. The box we got on 2/13 was very nice. Can't trust the consistency of the product. Won't order again.

Worst ever, embarrassing, humiliating

My mother in law received half of what I ordered for Mother's Day and the berries were broken and rotten. My wife received her Mother's Day berries 7 days late and they were totally rotten. My requests for a nearly $200 refund have been ignored. Worst experience ever.

It's a sham

Shipping was just as much as the chocolate dipped Oreo cookies. They also had the wrong ship date, and when I went to try to fix it they tacked on an additional $10.00 to get it delivered by Mother's Day. Never again will I order. Too many other places with half the cost of shipping.

Worst Service Ever
June 21, 2022

Ordered a group of berries and paid expedited and Saturday delivery, received a notice it was delivered but it was not. Called customer service and they would not provide me any information other than "it was delivered", I offered to send them my ring doorbell cameras showing no delivery. I requested a replacement order, they agreed but it would be 5 days later. Now I am reliving the same situation again, says delivered and it is not. Called them again and again no help! I explained to them our area is not hard to find and they really need to work on their subcontracted companies because they clearly are not doing their job.

As like everyone else I spent an extra 100 to have it delivered on valentine day and what happens the same as everyone else called to try to get it resolved and was hung up on 8 different times spent hours on hold and then was insulted with a 10 dollar refund stay away this is a joke

Worst customer service

I attempted to surprise my college aged daughter with an order of Shari's Berries the day before Thanksgiving since she was stuck at school. The order did not arrive until two days later, and the food had molded. I wasted 25 minutes that night on a call with customer service, and after being placed on hold at least five or six times, was told the order would reship and would arrive Wed. Nov 29th. That was two days ago and nothing has arrived. I contacted Customer service again and was told the order had never been processed. I am awaiting a full refund. I would recommend you stay away from this Company.

Is a joke!

I have had to deal with these people going on 4 days to try an get my money return on a order that I was suppose to have on Monday. It's a joke! They tell you they gone call you back, never hear anything I have to call back an they still haven't done anything to return my money! An then finally start getting somewhere the lady goes to tell me someone has already credited me back only $20 out of the $77... I'm confused how that works how you credit someone back not even half the amount of what's changed an also not to mention is they would have told me back I would have been questioning why not the whole amount?! Trying to get over on somebody an it ant gone be me! I promise you I'll never order anything from this crooks again and if I know anyone that plans on ordering something from them I'll let them know right quick that best get whatever they need elsewhere!

Terrible and Disgraceful

Ordered Christmas Tree cookies for my mother in law. She at first was excited because they were so beautiful and looked delicious. When she opened up the individual package she said that the cookies were hard and stale and that they had bugs. SERIOUSLY. I will NEVER order from this company again. Steer clear of this company horrible product.

Stay away!

I ordered online but it dropped after entering my information so I called customer service to see if the order had gone through. I was told it had not so I said I would try again online. The representative insisted she would take my order even though I told her no several times. I finally agreed and she tried to sell me something I did not order. I told her that I would go online to get the right order. This time, it ordered twice so I called again and was charged for two orders. After being on the phone for 25 minutes, I told the representative to cancel the orders and if they tried to put them through, I would do a charge back. I also told her to send a confirmation that the orders were cancelled. This was supposed to be a Valentine gift for my 91 year old great aunt. I actually had planned to place another order for friends. If I'm spending fifty dollars for 12 strawberries, this company should be able to provide better customer service. I will not use Shari's Berries again.

Still puzzled?

Ordered Berries through FTD. You have to wait for them to accept your order, then you pay. I believe that once you accept payment you are obligated to fill order. Ordered Champagne strawberries for valentine day. Two weeks in advance should ensure that your order will be filled. Not the case. No berries, no email, no call just a no show. Unbelievable. I suggest that you don't advertise what you can't provide.

The worst customer service!

My mom ordered me a birthday gift of a half dozen chocolate covered strawberries and they arrived a day late, open and EATEN! The ice pack was hot to the touch and chocolate remnants smeared on the inside of the box. We called and had them send another, it still has not arrived and I bet anything it will arrive eaten or damaged. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Save yourself some stress, time and money and bring your service to someone who will get it right. I'm honestly surprised this company is still in business. I will not be ordering here again and will advise everyone I know to steer clear!

Bought a $60 assortment of nuts as a gift for my Mom's BD. Parent's are in their 80's and seemed like a good snack for TV watching. A couple month's later, I was going to resend a similar gift and they reluctantly told me "not to waste my money". Only 1 bag of nuts was edible. They discarded all the others for either poor taste or staleness. I then reviewed the gift on Shari's Berries survey. They actually offered me a refund or replacement! Yay! How nice... Until I decided on the refund, that is. I have been unable to complete the process on line and have spent over an hour on the phone with two different CS reps with no resolve. I am now forced to wait for a "call back" for the elusive supervisor. I WAS planning on re-ordering, but I highly doubt I will now. So much for saving a customer, Shari's Berries. You blew it.
