I did not find the love of my life. But for what it's worth I have to thank this agency for their expertise in getting me signed up and teaching how dating companies work. Maybe they're not all the same but for now I'll be sticking with my very cheap dating app.

I cannot get over how convincing the agent I dealt with was. I had my doubts and she allayed them all boosted by a story of her own harrowing relationship experience as a result of which she lost her hair! I was in tears for her. Literal tears.
She has missed her vocation! Meryl Streep has nothing on her.
But all the profiles I was presented never materialised once I signed the contract. Certainly this could all be put down to bad luck. I wish it was because I'd prefer that scenario to the one where I had been expertly lied to or scammed. I have such trouble trusting anyone since. So disappointed and missing the few thousand euros too.

I have been presented with a truly unrealistic dream of finding a compatible partner. As a widow who has mostly been single for the past ten years, I have not found a suitable match despite being relatively young. During a meeting at Berkeley's offices in Belgium, I had a conversation with one of the executives who shared a beautiful story about how she met her current husband through Berkeley. She subsequently joined the team, as a success story... She assured me with comforting statements like 'I'll be here for you until you find someone' and 'We are dedicated to your success.' However, after a year of investing a significant amount of money, I can confidently say that this experience has been utterly disappointing.

1. The service provided was far from what was promised. I had to constantly email them to inquire about the next match, and their communication was unacceptably slow compared to their initial responsiveness before I signed up. The executive (who was behind me all the time before I paid the fee) was unreachable and did nothing to fulfill her promise.

2. The promise does not live up to its advertised claims! There is a severe gender imbalance, with significantly fewer men than women. Some of the men I encountered even confirmed this, sharing how frequently they were contacted to assess their past dates and to explore alternative matches. Surprisingly, I have never been presented with such opportunities in the entire year.

3. While I cannot provide insights from the perspective of a male customer, I was taken aback to discover that the men in Berkeley's database, despite having established careers, would struggle to find partners on their own. Their brochure and website depict gorgeous men (and women) which can be seen as a marketing "normal", but the reality should not be THAT different.

In conclusion: definitely NOT recommended, unless you make 150k a year and you do not count on it as an actual possibility of meeting someone.

I am also expecting a reply saying "We do not recognise who you are." but I have all the email exchanges so I can always prove I was a member.

I had always heard that it could be difficult to ingratiate yourself in London, especially if you were a new arrival from the United States. After some lonely months, I turned to Berkeley International on the recommendation of a friend. Now I have a companion of nine months, and she is absolutely wonderful. Not only that, she's teaching me how to be English, or at least how not to be an American of disrepute;)

I was only a member for a very short time but I am super impressed with the Berkeley Team. They are both kind, attentive, highly capable, and understanding. Berkeley is lucky to have them, its a great way to meet someone and I am happy I joined.

Berkeley International exceeded my expectations! I'm quite shy and I've never been on a dating website before let alone a matchmaking service so as a very nervous person I didn't know if the overall process would suit me. However, I had the most personable experience with the matchmakers at Berkeley, and I was made to feel so at ease. I was always notified of any next steps and was introduced to a number of wonderful gentlemen. I am now in a happy and exciting new relationship. I thoroughly recommend going through a dating agency, especially Berkeley. Hats off to them for finding me someone so suited.

This service is a scam. The introductions are few and of low quality. If you decide its sub par and want out, no refund will be offered. Its designed specifically to scam women and should be in fact illegal! Pay for a quality app and you will get much better introductions. They have very few man it seems and are con artists. The fees are exorbitant for what constitutes 3 dates in 14 months to average man with major issues including suspect backgrounds.

The worse experience ever. I want to share my experience and warn others against signing up with this company. They told me things which I later found out we're not true • Company claims: At my initial meeting, the company rep that stated that I could expect about 1-2 introductions a month that didn't happened. I had only 5 profiles given to me in 8 months. I have emails evidence showing that they ignored pretty much everything I said. They just play and have no man to introduce to you. When I complained they made me feel that it was my fault because I was ugly they even told me the client didnt wanted to talk to you because of your profile picture on whatchapp but we didnt tell you for you not to feel bad a totally joke because i dont have a whatchapp photo. They are just bad very bad

At first, I was very sceptic. Do I really need a matchmaking agency and is it worth the investment? Now, I regret I haven't done it earlier! I don't know how they do it, but it is amazing! They felt directly what I was looking for and after 3 potential matches I have found my soulmate! Thank you! I am so happy!

I am very sorry that it took me so long to find your agency! My trials and tribulations with on-line dating were unbelievably painful and such a waste of my time. As a great Texan friend of mine says frequently "cheap is expensive"! It is worth paying a premium price for a premium service. I wish I had listened to her earlier. Genuine thanks to your wonderful staff.
