UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and resolved my issue in a timely fashion. The belt I had a complaint about was on clearance. Leaving this info for other shoppers. No complaints with the company or service.
Bought 2 belts a name brand brown one and a black one which was real leather but made by a company I didn't know. The brown one was great the black one had some damage on the side almost like the coating didn't set right. Doesn't affect wearability but something to be aware of if it's for gifting- go with the name brand.
