“Awful company”

The worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. I received a jacket which was too small and I returned it 2 days later at the end of October. 7 weeks later they still haven't refunded the money. I have chased them weekly and still no refund issued. They keep saying they are looking into it…it's crazy that a reputable brand like Belstaff are truly horrific in customer service. Don't order anything from them online they are awful, untrustworthy & a complete mess in customer service.

Took literally 5 weeks to get my refund. They used the slowest return shipping method imaginable and had it shipped to different warehouses. So the shipping of the return took 2 weeks for them to receive. Then, it took them another 3 weeks to process the refund. This is even after me following up with them 5 times and each time I was told everything is on schedule and to be patient. 5 weeks is unacceptable in 2022. Products are 5-star so buy from a 3rd party and avoid at all costs buying direct. Hard to believe a high end company that charges as much as they do could fail so miserably in customer service. Don't believe me, look at all their negative reviews about the exact same horror stories of returns. The CEO or executive I'm charge of returns needs to be fired for letting this go on for so long. Unacceptable

I ordered a XXL Black Gangster Leather Jacket online for £1295 from Belstaff. The shipment that I received contained 2 x small sized Cooper Suede jackets although the shipping document Dispatch Note, clearly stated Gangster Leather Jacket Black.
Due to Covid-19 travel restrictions I was not able to originally confirm the delivery at our holiday home in the UK and now when contacting Belstaff they refuse to acknowledge returning or refunding the jackets, so I am left £1295 out of pocket with 2 x unusable jackets that I never ordered. To be honest I used to think that Belstaff were a professional and credible retail outlet. I am extremely disappointed at their response in dealing with this matter and will definitely never buy any clothing products from them again. I a, now forced to follow up the matter with UK Trading Standards, which I will actively pursue. Based upon my experience I don't think they are even worthy of one star.

Tip for consumers:
I will never shop there again, based upon my customer experience. But if others do shop there be sure to inspect the goods immediately upon arrival, and take photos of the packaging, before and after opening.

Did not use any products, as the jacket items received were:-
A. The wrong item
B. The wrong size
C. The wrong material
D. The wrong colour
E. A far less superior and less by value product

Bought a leather coat & boots from Belstaff Bicester outlet.
Jacket fine but boot zipper broke after about 4 weeks. Contacted Belstaff to repair which they agreed but toothless as no repair available as repairers were not 'in place' or 'set up' or whatever. No time frame as to when this might be in the future. Its now 4 months +.
I was passed around the houses at Customer Services regarding this matter getting different people responding to my emails; obtuse and irritating replies that seemed to miss the point and the questions I was posing remained basically unanswered. It was me that seemed to be making the suggestions as to how they could help rather than them being pro active. Eventually, when I wished to escalate the issue and asked for a contact, they just said that they were the ones to contact!
V. Poor experience and no resolution to date. I said I would look for external sources to escalate given the above and this is my first attempt!

I returned a mens Shearling coat at the beginning of the year due to the arms being at least 3" too long for me.
The return was generated through the Belstaff website using their free return service back to their warehouse where it was confirmed as received on my Rebound notification on 9th of January '24.
I have now been chasing for a refund for 3 weeks and have been told that the refund is not being paid to me as Belstaff cant find the jacket in their warehouse.
I am now £1300.00 out of pocket with no way to resolve the issue, despite talking to "customer care" numerous times i am simply fobbed off and told "we are looking into it"
Not what I expected from a supposedly reputable brand.

I've been a customer of Belstaff for almost 15 years. But the first time that I ordered from their website, I ended up finding myself in such a NIGHTMARE that I want to share with you, in order to warn you about these people.
I received my order which consisted of 2 pairs of Trialmaster boots (one in Black and the other one in Cognac) on 10th of December 2021. But as soon as I opened the box, I found out that the Black pair was faulty with a broken back zipper and dried glue all over the right boot and that the pair in Cognac was definitely not in Cognac. When I contacted Belstaff via email and explained the situation, they apologized and sent me a prepaid return label so that I could return the order. So I returned it on 18th of December 2021 from Paris, France, using the return label provided by Belstaff itself. But when I checked La Poste website a few days later, I found out that the parcel has been blocked on its way since 20th of December. I contacted La Poste to find out what was happening and I was told that there was a problem with the return label and that they expected a call from Belstaff to fix it; otherwise they would destroy the parcel. They also refused any instructions from me as I wasn't the one who created the label. When I informed Belstaff regarding this matter, they accepted the fact that they had SENT ME THE WRONG RETURN LABEL (I have emails to prove this) and they said that they would fix it. But it has been a month since I returned the parcel and it's still blocked at the post. When I try to reach customer service representatives "CASEY" and "JOE" who are in charge of this case, they avoid my calls and they don't reply my emails.
So, just to make things clear: I returned this parcel (which included a faulty item and another one that didn't fit the description) according to their instructions and using the return label they provided. So, as a customer I did everything according to the book. But they, not only sent me a wrong label, it's been a month that they aren't doing anything to solve this problem with La Poste. Plus, now that I request to get refunded (as it has already been a month), they started ignoring my calls and my emails.
I don't know about you but this situation makes me think that these people aren't just UNPROFESSIONAL and extremely INCAPABLE but also UNRELIABLE.
I trusted them and look where I ended up...
I would have never though that a brand like Belstaff would put me in such a condition where I feel betrayed and ROBBED.
I wanted to share this horrible experience with you in order to warn you that shopping from their website isn't safe as:
- they don't double check items before sending them to the customers - so you risk to receive a FAULTY ITEM,
- they are amateurs who send wrong return labels,
- they are uncapable of correcting their mistake,
- they don't respect their customers' rights,
- last but not least, they steal your money.
So, if you want to keep your peace of mind and your money, avoid ordering from their website.

I purchased a jacket from them and paid for it via paypal the cost was £128.00 the purchase was made on the 3 rd of February and i still have not recieved the item i have tried to contact them on several occasions on there site but they don't seem to have a facility that actually responds and no telephone number to contact them with, i paid via paypal and i am trying to contact paypal to ask them to be care ful as they service there customer payments but i can't find a paypal site that deals with these concerns?
