The first time ordering and THEE last. What an insult to offer me a 20% refund for the garbage they sold me! These companies go to Ali Express order this knock off Bull Crap and sell it at outrageous prices, knowing full well they paid $5. The material is NOT at all the quality shown in the picture. I'm going to Queenfy next! DO NOT order from either of these companies. The clothes don't even come with tags in them or on them. Very cheap quality. Very disappointed in this purchase.

These companies go to Ali Express order this knock off Bull Crap and sell it at outrageous prices, knowing full well they paid $5. The material is NOT at all the quality shown in the picture. I ordered 7 items for about $160 on 5/23. I was sent an order confirmation that same day, but it is now over a week later (6/2) & when I go to track my order online, it only says "order placed". I've sent an email requesting a refund, but I haven't gotten a response & there is no customer service phone number or online chat. I will never order from this site again. Steer clear of this business. It appears to be a scam. I will have my credit card company refund me. Only shopping at fashionnova from now on.

Placed my order 4/17/20 shipping said 10-20 days, tracking number u trackable, the company has responded asking for patience n I'm asking when is my paid product going to be delivered? This is my 1st time ordering clothes online from any website n this experience is not good! Terrible experience n customer service. I will be requesting a refund and contacting the BBB. Which I cld gv a zero rating!

I ordered on October 29,2020 and as of date November 5,2020 I still don't have a tracking number as to my order. I have reached out many times and still not a clear answer. Very frustrating that you spend your hard earn money to a company who doesn't care whether you get your items. Very disappointed

Their clothing has NO stretch for curvy small waist woman, Every single item I purchased has to be returned! The shipping was terrible! I finally received my items a month after ordering, and 1 item was missing from the batch which then came 2 days later, I ordered XL everything just to be safe, I would Never expect to have to order a darn 2X just to fit their clothes, Hell a large is already big it was an insult and made me feel terrible that I can normally wear L in other brand clothing and this company I cant even get into an XL! Terrible even the shirt quality was TRASH!

I purchased capri and top that hung off the shoulders. The material is super thin, looks like cheap pajamas. Looks like it's hand made. I sent an email to get a return refund. I will never order from them again

I placed two orders on June 1 and paid extra for 5-7 day delivery. It is the 14th and I still haven't received my order and no one can give me any info. I'm calling my bank to open an investigation and request a refund. Terrible service!

I ordered one blouse and one Cape leather blazer on May 11,2020. I emailed this company several times no response back. Well I finally receive my order on July 3,2020. The blouse was to small and I didn't receive my blazer that cost my 35.00 bucks. I emailed this sorry $#*! company and they have not emailed me back yet. I want a refund ASAP. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY LADIES THEY ARE THE WORST.

I have a tracking # that my order departed this location ( Brentwood NY) June 6th however the post office has never received the shipment. Their website says "ORDER IS ON ITS WAY". WHEN?

I WAS JUST ABOUT TO SPEND $500 DOLLARS ON A ORDER WITH YOUR COMPANY WHEN SOMETHING TOLD ME TO READ YOUR REVIEWS, SO GLAD I DID. I placed an order May 5th in the amount of $315.09. Half of my order arrived on June 25th and every article of clothing they sent was cheaply made and fit nowhere, the clothes are HORRIBLE. PLEASE don't waste your money or time, the company is a RIPOFF from China. Today is June 30th and i still haven't received the rest of my order, tracking info says it hasn't been processed yet.

I place a order with this company, it took 2 months to get 2 out of 4 of my items. Stay away, do not order from this company. Their cloths are cheaply made. They run extremely big and it look like flea market quality. I can't believe how they tried me with this

I just sent the 21st email (going back & forth) just to try & return items that do not fit. One item came defected & instead of taking full responsibility per website policy I was offered to keep the item & only receive 50% of what I paid. I read reviews that ppl were happy but the quality was less than I expected particularly on the swimsuits & this is a short version of it all.

The items donot look like the pics at all especially the sneakers. They donot refund all your money and you have to pay to send back. Im not using paypal again also. Very disappointed

I paid extra for expedited shipping and they took a month before I actually received the packages. All they do is ask you to verify the mailing address even and when I asked for a refund for the expedited shipping fee since did not receive the package in the time specified and they refused and offered a 15% coupon. If you want your package on time or you value customer service don't order from here.

I ordered 4 items on July 14 th it's Aug 7th and still no packages they gave me 4 tracking numbers three said delivered and one says in transit
I have emailed customer service serval times and I paid for expedited shipping there's no number to call and I will be following up with the BBB you can't just take people hard earn money they took a chance on you. Never again and i will be on every review trashing your company I will put this on my social media pages fB Instagram snap chat Twitter u name it am putting your horrible company on it to warn other people you guys should be ashamed of your self taking the working people money

I place my order on 5/12/20 and was not send an invoice with an order number for my items. I saw were PayPal paid you guys on 5/12/20 and your website said 10-15 days for delivery. I have a PayPal transaction Id number 32V*******J*******. The amount of my transaction we $76.07, I would like someone to reach out to me as to when I will be receiving my merchandize. Use PayPal so you will be able to dispute charges! Expedited shipping really equates to 1 month instead of 3. False advertising. Never received items.
