The first time ordering and THEE last. What an insult to offer me a 20% refund for the garbage they sold me! These companies go to Ali Express order this knock off Bull Crap and sell it at outrageous prices, knowing full well they paid $5. The material is NOT at all the quality shown in the picture. I'm going to Queenfy next! DO NOT order from either of these companies. The clothes don't even come with tags in them or on them. Very cheap quality. Very disappointed in this purchase.
I ordered on October 29,2020 and as of date November 5,2020 I still don't have a tracking number as to my order. I have reached out many times and still not a clear answer. I placed two orders on June 1 and paid extra for 5-7 day delivery. It is the 14th and I still haven't received my order and no one can give me any info. I'm calling my bank to open an investigation and request a refund. Terrible service!

No one responded to my email, tracking number still says it's waiting for the package to be taken to the post office, no clothes, & my event is Friday. Legal action is in progress... stay away from these frauds

Well I placed an order with them previously last summer around the same time the order arrived about a month later... the clothes were good except one item fit a little small. Then my card was compromised a few days later. Didn't want to blame this company. Now I placed an order last week. My card was compromised a few days ago how ironic. Right. Then they tell me an item is not in stock so to pick an item well do I go on the site and pick a replacement item then pay for it again and hopefully get it by Christmas. They left no direction on how this will be handled. At this point I cant get a refund through my bank... and im just over it with this company... as I say the clothes were not bad at all but the customer service, the wait times, the YEAR it takes for you to get the clothes. This will be the last time for them

I purchased capri and top that hung off the shoulders. The material is super thin, looks like cheap pajamas. Looks like it's hand made. I sent an email to get a return refund. I will never order from them again

I received my order today. It took about 3 weeks, which isn't bad. I order the Mesh Tassel crop & skirt set.
I'm about a size 6, so I ordered a Medium. Good fit. The color is a little darker than I expected for kaki, but not bad. The quality is ok. I'm going to keep it. Wish I had order in white.

Their clothing has NO stretch for curvy small waist woman, Every single item I purchased has to be returned! The shipping was terrible! I finally received my items a month after ordering, and 1 item was missing from the batch which then came 2 days later, I ordered XL everything just to be safe, I would Never expect to have to order a darn 2X just to fit their clothes, Hell a large is already big it was an insult and made me feel terrible that I can normally wear L in other brand clothing and this company I cant even get into an XL! Terrible even the shirt quality was TRASH!

I ordered 7 items for about $160 on 5/23. I was sent an order confirmation that same day, but it is now over a week later (6/2) & when I go to track my order online, it only says "order placed". I've sent an email requesting a refund, but I haven't gotten a response & there is no customer service phone number or online chat. I will never order from this site again. Steer clear of this business. It appears to be a scam. I will have my credit card company refund me. Only shopping at fashionnova from now on.

I ordered from this site twice. The first order was a jumpsuit that was defective and had holes down the leg. The second order were two dresses that looked nothing like the picture and was made of some cheap polyester material. I asked for the return address and they told me that it would cost too much to ship it back, offered me 20% off my order back and told me to keep the purchase. This is truly disappointing when their website advertises a 30 day money back guarantee. Buyers beware!

I just sent the 21st email (going back & forth) just to try & return items that do not fit. First off, I received an incomplete order after waiting over a month to receive. USPS shipped my items all over town because they said they came to my house but no one was there to receive the package, which was a lie. I had to drive 30 minutes away, across town to obtain the package. To my surprise only 1 of the items i purchased was in the package. The remaining 3 items were missing. I've sent them two emails, one direct message, and a text message to sort out my order. I received an email response with a faulty tracking number that states when you go to the website label created, not yet in system. I've checked back 5x's and it still says the same thing. Luckily, I purchased through Paypal because I'm planning to dispute the charges.
Please take my word and believe me when i say you do not want to order from this place.

I ordered one blouse and one Cape leather blazer on May 11,2020. I emailed this company several times no response back. Well I finally receive my order on July 3,2020. I paid extra for expedited shipping and they took a month before I actually received the packages. All they do is ask you to verify the mailing address even and when I asked for a refund for the expedited shipping fee since did not receive the package in the time specified and they refused and offered a 15% coupon. If you want your package on time or you value customer service don't order from here.

I placed my order on 6/18/19. I received an email informing me that my package was delivered at 4:13pm today. I was home but my doorbell never rang! I also double checked my cameras and there was no activity hours before and after 'said delivery'. I'm having my credit card company reverse the charges!
