21 after Christmas. Package poorly secured. Three or four broken due to poor bubble wrapping and Fed Ex throwing package on porch. Product appeared to be lacquered glass 3 dimensional ornate, not plaster of Paris 1 dimensional. When bill came on credit card it was a womens wear company not the Belle... Co on the invoice. I reported it to Fraud unit at Citi card. They closed my card. Now I have broken product I dont want. While do I return it to, and I hope you are paying for shipping.

Never received package. They sent email stating package was lost and another email after stating it was properly delivered. They are a scam and I'm taking this action as further as I can take it. No stars. Don't buy anything from them.

Took an extremely long time for my shipment to arrive. I had to reach out to customer service and that was a task, I did not hear back from them for weeks. Once the product arrived it was just okay. The quality was not the greatest, but it will do. Cute styles but if you are looking for a good/high quality, I would shop elsewhere.

Love the heart shirt! Really cool pearl like beads and looks like melded on instead of stitch, so well made. It could be a tad larger, I do wear a large in all other shirts, but it's fine, definitely will not shrunk and because it's knit it'll probably stretch out then be just right. Again, I did get this for the shirt so the pants are just ok. Wasn't expecting them to be knit as well, so they fit to the skin so I'll be wearing tunics with them. Overall good buy.

Shipping is a bit steep! I am disappointed in paying $10.00 and may not get them for 30 days. For that price I can ship something overnight from the USPS! But, I am sure that my wife will enjoy them.
Follow Up: Ordered the Socks for Christmas. They Arrived the day After Christmas!

Like the choices, however, I do not understand the buy 3 items for $19.00, so it did not apply to the stuff I purchased.

Also, the package tracking was awful. I now know that placing an order with you takes a month to deliver unlike other sites.
Overall, I was satisfied with the items I purchased and would be purchasing more stuff, giving myself a longer lead time for the arrival.

Overall everything was great, sizes run a little small so I recommend ordering the next size up on shirts/sweatshirts. Fun products and site will order again. My wife was happy I thought of her, and generally liked my order for her.

I ordered outfit for a couple of Christmas events and it did not arrive in time for either one. Did not communicate estimated or actual shipping date, or any delays or issues when clearly there were. Be ready to wait 3 weeks for your order to arrive. Once I received, it didn't fit, and poor quality. Total waste of time and money.

I wanted to return a order but had to ship it back with my own money which costs 50$ even tho I ordered the right size but it was way to small for my size (M). Messaged the customer service but only got 3$ from 22$ back which is not much. The shirt is nice but it's way to small o why would I keep a two sizes smaller shirt and get 3$ back? Service was very busy or not enough cause it takes them so long to message back. My conversation took one week.

Ordered the masked (COVID) Santa and it was not a blown glass ornament as pictured. It was a two dimensional resin(?) flat figure slightly over one inch tall. Three of the first five taken out of their non-protective plastic sleeves already had minor paint shipping from shipping or production.

They kept pestering me about whether I had received two items in January and sent pictures the size of a postage stamp. Also the tracking number I had indicated the items were still in transit. I finally had to download the postage stamps to see what the fuss was about. I still haven't found one of the items in my wardrobe but I'm sick of dealing with these people. When I told them I'd not do business with them again, their response was a "we don't care" OK.

I know you guys are a whole sale website but my gosh some of this material is just horrible and see through. I hate it and I hated that I exploited fast fashion workers into making some of these pieces. Makes me sad I don't know what I was expecting.

Bad material the item looks cheap and then I call customer service well email customer service and they were supposed to fix the problem and they never did I would never order nothing from this warehouse again close is not true to size and the suit shorts look like something that you will wear like a boxers it is horrible

I never received a confirmation email of my order, so i had no idea whether or not i would really receive my purchase until it was delivered three weeks later. There was no communication upon my order until two weeks after i received my package. They finally sent me an email asking if i ever received my order. The item i chose and received from the seller was accurate… enough. A little incorrect stitching had been done in multiple areas. But i am overall satisfied with my purchase and the process.

I ordered my pants around April, they came all the way from China to New Jersey! So it takes a while for them to arrive, as they just arrived today. Which is now June 7th. I am very satisfied with the product! Excellent and thank you all for your services and products!

So ad far as ease of purchase, that was great. Pricing is amazing, the amount of time it takes to receive your garment could be worked on though. Once I received the garment, I was slightly disappointed in the way it looked, but I'll just donate it.

Ordered Christmas pajamas 11/12 for a Christmas party 12/10 and didn't receive them until 12/12. They are nothing like pictured on their website. In the picture they appear to be sparkly, which is what I liked about them, but there is no sparkle at all. Looks like an iron-on patch. The price was good, but delivery and quality was very, very disappointing.

This is my first time using bellewholesale website and it was straight forward & easy to place my order. Item took awhile to come which I was aware of but for the delivery charge and wait not that impressive.
