Took off a star for the delay in delivery, but this is my first experience with this company so it might be an isolated incident. Pleased with the product and customer service. Will order again in the future.

It's been over a month and I still haven't received my order. I've tried multiple times to just cancel it but they keep telling me they can't till I receive my order? I will never order from here again and I would not even suggest anyone else does.

Easy to shop the items I ordered did not come in a timely manner, as they were gifts for Christmas. I had to check back a few times in regards to my order then told due to the holidays and items coming from out of country be patient.

I hate your customer service. You have an unfair system. I ordered a pair of shoes and shirt. I was so excited to receive them and I never did. The shipping company stated your company has to make the claim due to the type of order it is. I advised your company three times and you refused to assist. You people are horrible and disgust me. I will consistently complain everywhere online multiple times including with the Better Business Bureau.

Shoes are amazing. They say my kind of shoe. They cant believe i am only a size 3. I love them. Other sites never had my size. That is why i ordered them from your site.they only took just over a week to arrive.

Love the items I purchase, the clothes are different... just wish two of them would had fit. When ordering please be mindful you might have to go up a size. This was my first time shopping with Belle, so I know to go a size up next time.

Easy ordering. Lots of choices. The masks I ordered that were transparent and semi-transparent are perfect for those that have difficulty breathing with a cloth mask pressed against your face they are fashionable. Easy to clean and disinfect. I keep a spare in my office in case someone doesn't have one and once I get it back it's easy to disinfect.

It didn't fit and after loosing the postage costs it's an unnecessary waste of money when it costs such alot more than I expected especially no return labels for free. Not a very well arranged sale in general, disorganised delayed and wrongly delivered initially.

Items bought could not even begin to get on. Belle Wholesale was totally no help. After dozen of e-mail messages I gave up. Listing indicated "Easy Returns" but they kept saying it was unreturnable. They offered a small percentage credit as compensation. Would never order from them again. Ended having to throw away.

Bellewholesale website made it easy to order, everything clearly identified... product arrived only 2-3 weeks later (as expected) and the quality was as advertised. Downside is that their winter weight leggings are about 3 sizes smaller than labelled. My daughter is an American size M, the XL's are too small!

Poorly made. Cheap fabric. Sleeves were at least 6 inches past my fingers. Tolling them up didn't work because it wouldn't stay. And the neck hole was not wide enough to lay off the shoulder as pictured

Was looking forward to everyone's expression on receiving this item as a cute "summary" of the year we've all had (bought 10)! However, didn't receive them until 12/29/20; ordered them 12/5/20. They arrived via USPS packaged in the typical gray bag (no padding); they were each in a little white thin bubble bag. Only 1 survived the journey to our house with minimal damage that was barely noticeable; all 9 others were in various states of "amputated" limbs and broken pieces from the PPE and highly-sought-after "COVID pandemic supplies" in "Santa's bag"! If you order from this supplier, be sure to ask for appropriate packaging to keep your item(s) safe during it's shipping! I will not be ordering from them again and advise anyone to think twice before doing so! I rarely give reviews or feedback when making purchases, good or bad, but in this case I felt it was necessary so the supplier and the public can both benefit from my experience.

Bellewholesale may be purchased at reasonable prices at Adore Me. Exactly what I wanted so beautiful and cheap enough price. Their clothes range from casual to formal. I'd suggest it to anyone searching for something unique incredible quality.

I understand it's a pandemic but this company held my packages for 30 days (which is against the law) they said it would only take an extra week and I'm still waiting for my items that haven't been shipped yet. They do not reach out to you to give updates. Furthermore, I asked them to cancel my one of my orders because it charged the wrong card they canceled both! Then went and took the money back out for the other order the next day! Without my permission! Causing me to overdraw my account. The items on the website looks amazing but I will never purchase from here again... I'll take my chances somewhere else! First and LAST experience here.

I've purchased items from this website and had been pretty satisfied but this Big Lebowski cardigan is below the standards of a decent costume shop. I was hoping for something that I could wear normally. At best I'll get 1 or 2 uses as a costume.

I ordered 5 x tops in XL…usually wear L and went by your size chart. They were ALL so tight that I cant even wear them! I asked for a refund and a return label, but only received $28.00 credit out of $87.00 spent….which was a joke! I will never wear these tops hence never order from this company again!
Horrible Customer Service as compared to TEMU and AMAZON.

Bellewholesale is a great place to shop for women's clothing. I love their selection of dresses and tops. They have so many options from casual to formal and everything in between. You can also find some nice, trendy pieces at Bellewholesale that are not available elsewhere.

The customer service was excellent when I called about my order, even though it was for one of their clearance items. The delivery was quick and I had no issues with the product itself.

They provide a tracking number that shows it shipped from China to LA... then the Post Office can only track it to Chino California... I have received over 14 responses from different people and they all just read from a script instead of trying to resolve issues. The package is here in California and no one can tell me when it will be delivered... I have been waiting for 9 weeks for bandanas... to use as face masks... I wanted to order 20,000 but needed to see the quality first... who ever is on the other end of customer service is terrible. If I don't receive an adequate answer and the products in a week I will report to FBI... I do have direct access and they will uncover the fraud.
