I read a ton of bad reviews from this website. But I do my own research glad I went ahead and ordered. I am happy with everything received. Everything was good quality, some items even better quality than I received from websites from the U.S., nothing looks cheap or haphazardly put together. I spent 300+, but will definitely order again shipping took about 10 business days but once processed received in 5. A 15 day turn around from overseas is excellent. So happy with my purchases

This is my second time ordering from here. The whole process from start to finish is easy. All of the clothes I received are wonderful, they all fit and are a really nice quality. I've already had many compliments on them. I'll definitely be back!

I would like to thank the company which appreciates each of its clients and produces high-quality clothes. As a result I received a very beautiful dress: the size - came up perfect, quality tailoring - neat, sending - quickly + sea of positive emotions

Easy to access site quick checkout. However the product arrived in a plastic bag which meant a couple of the boxes were damaged and would have liked a slightly better looking box with a product description in it, I was giving as Christmas presents particularly one to my mum who has problems with her hands, now I'm going to have to explain what each bit does.

It took almost 4 weeks for delivery which is unfathomable when I wanted them in time for Christmas and they arrived 4 days after. The sizing was not standard plus sizing. You need to order at least one size bigger than you normally wear otherwise they are quite snug in the fit.

Products look great, prices on Santa's good. Information clear? I The company had trouble finding me, although I have lived at my current address for 33 years. I was surprised to receive the package yesterday. The items were like pictured, except the Santa with his pack is very solid and heavy. I liked the Santa with mask but was disappointed I could not order the Black one. It looked like inappropriate black face.

I bought a pair of shoes. Put them on at 9 am walked three blocks total and got home an hour later and the whole top of the shoe was cracked and looked like they needed thrown out. Very disappointing. If the quality material was better I would given 5 stars

I thought delivery took a while, so I emailed them. They got back to me in 4 hours saying they contacted the shipper and it was shipped the next day. Would definitely shop again compared to other sites.

I'm always hesitant about trying a new online shopping site but I checked the reviews and they were mostly positive so I took a chance. I was shocked at the low prices but pleasantly surprised by the quality and turn around time. My order came within two weeks. I thought it would take a lot longer than that and the outfits very good quality.

As soon as you trust them and send a bigger order. They send it to the wrong state like it's normal. How do you get CO & New Jersey mixed up. You don't! Scammers if you do big orders small orders are fine. Give your business else where

Don't do it. They will take your money. And a robot customer service that says the exact same thing every time no matter what you say. There is no live person.

Always read the reviews before buying from this company. Pictures of clothing look great but goods are very poor and look nothing like what is advertised. Think twice before purchasing.

I ordered six ornaments, every one of them broken, packaged in a thin plastic mailing envelope with no padding whatsoever. They took weeks to arrive (understandable these days), but response to my issue has been slow at best. I want a refund!

Do NOT buy from these guys, go elsewhere -- you've been warned. I bought nine items, but after several attempts to try to find out the status of my order, I finally cancelled after 32 days because they still had not shipped my order. I then asked for a refund, but only got a partial refund. I demanded a full refund, but they said that they can't refund me the shipping costs because they separately pay a shipper. What? My items were never shipped, which is why I cancelled the order. STAY AWAY!

One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.

I bought six dresses that took almost three weeks to arrive. I kept waiting everyday which is one thing I never noticed when I bought them. All six were too small. I wear a large to an extra large being a size 12. All the dresses look good on line but are made of cheap material. Last but not least for any girl their return policy is you pay to send them back $35.00 the other day. They did offer me a $10.00 discount on my next purchase. I would burn the money before I deal with this company again. I would give them less than 1 star. They must be a sister company to Shine which also is pretty bad.

It makes you contact them and online or a ticket for every item that needs to be returned. Then you are asked to become a seamstress and provide all kinds of measurements. They begin to argue even on the shoes that were yo large for me. I guess they need my foot sent in to for comparison with. Then completely ghosted. Hope everyone likes their order as is because no return information is given and replies stop. Stuck with something no matter what.

Clearly profiteering on shipping charges. When shipping lightweight clothing and up-charging 50% of purchase price for 30 business day shipping you're doing it wrong. For what they charged in shipping the package I received could have been shipped 1st class USPS at least 10 times. They also notified me the order was shipped but did not actually ship the package until 11 days later.
