I paid for expedited shipping to get my outfit by New Years and when I got tracking it said it wouldn't arrive until Jan. 2nd. I reached out to customer service and they were very polite and responded quickly. USPS actually updated the tracking just after that and it did arrive on time.

Really good merchandise so far, appreciate the quality and price although the shipping takes a few days longer than local depots. I like the price and quality more than speed.

The delivery time took way too long, over 2 weeks.

Due to covid and no fault of yours the delivery seemed to take forever as it was ordered way before Xmas. But happy with the items and worth the wait.

I ended up on the site because I was searching for a Santa wearing a mask glass ornament... not a tiny metal painted ornament like this one. It's probably my fault, but the description was not great.

The item was put together nicely and overall cute. The problem with it was the sizing. My wife usually wears a large. I ordered extra large to give some space. But this extra large was too small? Doesn't make sense.

Delivery for my black shoes were quick and I am pleased with the size. Leopard shoes took four months to receive and the size was to small. Returned order and they were suppose to send 9.5 and they sent the same size back 8.5. I decided to keep them because it was to much of a hassle with communication and delivery.

Very disappointed.
I will not be ordering anything else from this company.

The sticker on the front was unglued/loose.
It was peeling off in one side. Not sew at all. Not glued.

Anyway the worst is the size are not realistic.
The pajamas and the sweatshirt are very small for XL
I normally use medium or large. I thought I would like to have it loose, but any of the items fit me. Very sad, waste of money and materials.

Very disappointed.

Suppose to be for curved women. The sizes are still smallest than expected.

My butt is big so I guess that's why the buttons kept undoing themselves

I was surprised how easy and safe it was to shop here and was even pleasantly surprised and happy with the item. Its just what I expected.

I really wanted these Christmas ornaments for family. 6/10 came broken and half the ornaments were the wrong ones. I would not buy again.

I have asked to unsubscribe several times from emails and have not been removed from email lists. Product is decent at best. Buttons do not stay fastened as the button holes are too big for the buttons.

Only after I placed & paid for my order did I see Chinese writing. I wasn't sure if this product now had to ship from China and the order never specified a delivery date. Although ordered in plenty of time to receive the product before Christmas, it arrived afterwards. Because it did not arrive before Christmas, I had to purchase additional ornaments for Christmas which was an additional cost. I really like the ornament once I received them ( I ordered 8) I just didn't like the delay in the order.

I am very upset because of my order I have one more order that has not come in but the order I did get was for my sons jacket in the lights that was supposed to go to his jacket was broken I don't know how to call or ask to get new cords or what I'm supposed to do but it was really heartbreaking And I hope that other one that I order will come in soon

FedEx is a terrible company. They totally dropped the ball with the delivery of my order!

It was easy to order and processed a payment. Email communication was good and the product arrived on time.
