My Christmas ornaments all arrived in a soft envelope, and 5 of them were broken. Customer service quickly refunded the money ( I did purchase the insurance, I don't know if that made a difference), so it was a bummer followed by good customer service.

I ordered knowing that it would be a gamble, online shopping is always like playing a slot machine. My order came and the items fit. The material is thinner than I thought but overall nice for the price. I'm satisfied.

This was my first time shopping with this company and it was the worse on line experience. My orders arrived very late and in separate packages! It took multiple emails to get anyone to respond and when I asked to return items that were of poor quality or did not fit, I had to wait until I received all the items in that order. Well some items arrived 2-3 weeks of each other! So when I finally was able to request a refund and return label, they told me my allotted time had passed! Worse experience ever! These items were for a vacation that I didn't receive in time and had to replace! More $$$. Out of all the items I bought from this company, I only liked 3, the remaining were poor quality! Please don't make the mistake I did!

I placed order for high value and didn't received any tracking number or was not informed for almost a month what's going on with it. I almost going to dispute transaction, but finally my order arrived after over one month of waiting. All shoes were good quality but clothing I didn't like, it's very cheap quality.

Thank you so much for always getting my package to me in a timely manner. I am pleased with all of the things received, which are of exceptional quality and in excellent condition. I'm going to keep buying a lot more. I've ordered from them a few times now, and the clothing quality is excellent for the price. I strongly advise.

I would have loved to have had a better experience. But unfortunately I paid for express shipping and it did not arrive in the time as specified. Now that it has arrived, the quality isn't that great and the sizes don't don't fit US sizes maybe it's just this particular style. But the pants are not tailored to the ankle, they are tied in a knot, when you zoom in really close then you see it. The pants are long and wide leg. Please show pics of the pants as is and only styled. Hoping these can be returned without too much of a hassle, but the return process is basically none when you read the policy

I ordered from this website and although they sent me a confirmation saying that my order was delivered to my door in fact I had not received my order I am still waiting on the customer service department to contact me back to find out if they are going to give me a refund

My girl shops here regularly and she leaves only positive feedback, but not all the time. The last time she ordered here an underwear and it turned out that the delivery was delayed. Usually, there were no latencies in the delivery so she started to contact with the support team to sort things out.
Fortunately, the ordered clothes was delivered a bit later. Nevertheless, the unpleasant aftertaste is tangible.

If you need something not expensive and are budget conscious, then this is shopping for you, but for an event, plan ahead as shipping may take longer. Don't expect great quality as clothes are made overseas. Otherwise, happy shopping!

Awful. I bought a Santa ornament wearing a mask. The picture was adorable. However, what they sent is NOT what was pictured. They send complete junk that looks like it came out of a bubble gum machine.

The website isn't totally user friendly. I was not contacted about the timeframe of my arrival. The email I received regarding getting my item came from an unknown account, usually merchants inform the customer of the account to look for so we may save it in our address book or keep a look out for it. I purchased the item in November 2021 and today is March 2022, I accidentally found this feedback option. I did receive my item but it took so long to arrive I charged it as a loss, thinking it was a scam. Due to these circumstances I will not order a bulk amount of items from this dealer.

I ordered 82.00 worth of cloths for vacation. Whe I spoke with customer service they said it takes 7 to 10 business days. Which was a lie. I ordered on March 30 today is April 14 and the order has not been, processed packaged, or shipped. I requested a refund and was told I had to pay 10% for what!? The order had not been Processed, Packaged l, or Shipped. I want a full refund

I shop here first for what I need, because I feel like I'm fitting without fitting. Yeah... I get to see the actual colors, sizes and other important details of the products are displayed (material type, stretch capacity, etc...)

Amazing thus far. I was very hesitant at first because I have had bad experience with fake sites and purchases that have not been delivered. I also feared that the delivery would take months. I decided to test the delivery time and was pleasantly surprised when my items arrived in a short while. I was able to track the shipment from purchase to arrival. I am happy with the service and will continue as a customer

I placed an order January 12 and nothing has changed. Haven't received a shipped confirmation or anything. They just keep offering 200 points. NO! I want what I paid for or I want my money back. My order has been sitting in Guangzhou
Warehouse Order awaiting for packaging since January 15 and here it the first of February. This site needs to be updated and needs to do better. The customer service is HORRIBLE and I don't think anybody should order from this site AT ALL.

Do not order from this company. I have never written a review of a company before but this company is the absolute worse company I have ever ordered anything from. The cloths are made extremely cheap. If anything does not fit you can forget about any kind of refund. They actually wanted to just offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase instead of me returning two dresses. One the size of the dress was totally inaccurate and the other was so cheaply made I don't think it would even standup to one washing. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

"I am unsure this is a legitimate site, yet. I dislike the unreadable company name that's appeared on my paypal statement. However, I'm hoping to be proven wrong." I wrote this originally and I'm very happy to say my fears were unfounded. The delivery was on time and the clothes are beautiful. Will definitely be using this site again.

Clothing materials and texture is of very low quality, doesn't look good at all, what you see from the pictures is not what you get. The order took more time than the one specified in their delivery time frame. However, after I queried, they promptly processed and completed my order
