I love the BeFrugal app. However, I find that there are many online stores that I figured would be associated with BeFrugal that aren't. Some examples are Phillips and Amberjack. However, overall the rewards are much better than with Rakuten so I will give BeFrugal 5 stars!

My largest was $1003 on 6/16 (over ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS) and they paid me this because they notified me about incredible sales (which I was unaware of) for designer brand items that I already wanted to buy. Wait, what? Yes, they paid me because they saved me $$ buying stuff I would have bought anyway.
This site has (relatively) high cash back percentages, pays out via PayPal when requested, turn-around time is reasonable, process is easy, really a great site.
This is one of the worst app it takes very long to review your payment and when you create a ticket to know about status it says you had done your payment directly. So we can do cash back.

Great Site. Some stores get lower % back the more people use it which is not cool.
Certain stores I noticed started out at $10.6 months later its $5 a year later its $1 back

Stole thousands of my dollars. Once purchases where confirmed they said they are waiting for website to payout. Checked with internals at website they got paid 6 months ago and still refuse to pay.
Hello JJ! This does not sound right! BeFrugal is a cash back portal, we connect you to the Cash Back that comes from the Merchant. They will acknowledge and then approve of the Cash Back on the Account. Once they have "Verified" a purchase, that means that they have acknowledged the Pending Cash Back. Merchants give us an estimated time frame of Up to 90 days for Cash Back to go from Verified to Payable. That date is just an estimate though. Each Merchant has their own time frame and tracking of the Cash Back. There are resources we provide in order for us to reach out. Each case is different, depending on the Merchant. I work in IT for a 12,000+ employee company and I am constantly having to remove the sneaky BEFRUGAL adware that gets embedded onto the Windows PC. Employees will not be able to open up their Internet Explorer (IE) browser because this stupid dangerous "virus" crashes IE upon initially launching the program. This literally acts like an annoying virus, and should be avoided 100% of the time. If you have to research an application/company such as BEFRUGAL, then odds are its too sketchy to take the risk.
