Receiving a lesser percentage from RAKUTEN is better than not receiving a greater percentage thru Be Frugal. I have purchased thru Be Frugal and been denied payment. The last time I adhered to the procedures stated in the previous denial, and once again they said that the order did not qualify. There were also shopping trips on which I had made purchases that were not reflected in my account, and therefore earned no rewards.
I have both Be Frugal and Rakuten on my computer, and I guess that they are denying the money based on having a competitor on my computer. Funny... RAKUTEN has no problems paying.
Befrugal seemed easy to use and been using it over a year or so. Until I realized all my cashbacks arent being credited and you always need to review it and submit a "missing" cash back inquiry. It's a hassle but I didnt mind it. Then came to a point this year when almost all of my cashbacks arent showing so I submit each one. It's July and some of my inquiries from April are still "pending retailer review" after submitting all that they need to confirm the order. I mean, c'mon, if you dont check your cash back and failed to file it withing 60 days of purchase, then it is null and void already, but if a retailer failed to pay you even past 60 days- it's okay? I've submitted numerous follow ups but to no avail. At this point I regret using this app, there's so much cash back apps out there.
I enjoy using befrugal because I get the most money back with this site.
I ave had tis app for two years now and sometimes i totally forget that everytime i purcase someting on line i automatically get cash back on my befrugal app it feels good to check the app and see extra money comes inhandy especially now

BeFrugal is AMAZING! I've earned almost $800 just for shopping - I trust this cash back site and it's the only one I use. I do some shopping on Amazon & Walmart, started back in 2016 and did a lot back then, but have slowed down these days, so there hasn't been much going on lately, but regardless of any wait time - I mean, this was like found money... a savings account... the support was always very helpful on the few occasions I reached out to them - I have nothing bad to say about BeFrugal and will always use them and refer them to anybody I know! Thanks BeFrugal. It's an extra $800 I basically did absolutely NOTHING for - I LOVE IT!

I think all the cashback site is not givving you everything but if they give you like 7 % and the other 1% -even if they dont pay you 1-2 times you still got 3 times more.

They Did not pay me for several shopping trips I made and when I called they were less than helpful. One of the big tips I never got paid for was from World market/Cost Plus where it was hundreds of dollars. I opened a support ticket but that was never paid. And them McDonald's had a $10 bonus that I submitted but again I was NOT paid and followed all the rules. I've Never once have I had a bad experience with Retailmenot or Ebates. The WorldMarket / Cost Plus I spent over $ 200 and never got a response from BeFrugal regards to my very large orders, Would NOT recommend. You will not get paid!
Thought it was an annoying waste of time so went to my account to close it and found I had over $225 just waiting to be claimed! Needless to say, not closing it!

I did a click through from a popular coupons page to get coupons for Coca-cola and it automatically started downloading an app that changes my Toolbar to have their app monitor my usage, send pop-ups LIKE CRAZY, and has more pop-ups at the top of the screen in my toolbar area. I can't read a lot of what is on my pages now for all the pop-ups and it has locked up my computer to the point of needing to shut down and restart. I tried removing the app but still am dealing w pop-ups. Now I have to have my laptop that I also use for work wiped. There goes three years of work that I now have to back up on a hard drive that I had to purchase for $80. All that just to save a few buck?! What a pain in the you-know-what! Soooooooooooo NOT WORTH IT.
I've done quite well with this app. I check many different cashback sites and I would say that at least 90% of the time, Be Frugal offers the highest cashback amount.
Impressed with how easy it was for me to get my cash, and also the many options for cashing out.
Multiple requests are sometimes needed to get cash back registered, THEN--it takes forever to get your money. If your time is worth anything, it's more trouble than it's worth.
The problem with this site is that receiving money takes months. They say be frugal but most of the coupons not helping you out at all. Would I recommend... no.
Highly recommend using this service (it really works). Folks that don't understand how this process works give poor reviews - wait until the purchase is confirmed then you get your amazon gc or cash.
