They literally refused to help me after giving me the wrong cashback after I told the customer service personnel that my receipt is not copy and pastable. I gave him the exact invoice number and let him know I can only send the receipt as an email attachment because it will not allow me to copy and paste. He refused to help. I will be sticking to rakuten for my cashback. I will never again use BeFrugal. I have attcahed my receipt as proof below; the same receipt they declined.
I bought high value orders through Befrugal but when i tried to avail the cashback; they suspended my account. I have been writing to them multiple times but they never responded. I would never go to befrugal again.
I ordered directv now, which they offer $35 as a rebate. I followed all steps and now they tell me they need an 8 digit order number. I sent them the order number sent by directv and was told its unacceptable. I sent the qhole qelcome aboard email and still giving me a hard time.

I have been using this website for making some large purchases. I accumultaed $79 of cashback. When I went to redeem, the website says I received a prepaid VISA gift card for $79. When I go to redeem, it directs me to another website that says the token is expired. Therefore, you are unable to receive any cashback. I have contacted support, but no resolution yet.

They actually made a reasonably positive change so that you can request a payment every 15 days, but it literally takes them ALL of those 15 days to process a payment and then you must wait another 15 days before you can request another payment. Overall, I am happy that there is competition out there, but I wish more companies would get a hint and be more like "Topcashback" is!
Scammers! Zero rating, registered on June 18 and made a purchase through them, accrued $ 10 for registration and plus $ 13 from a purchase through them. After the request for withdrawal of money on July 26, the account was deactivated. There is only one answer to requests for what reasons - your account has been deactivated for violating the rules, it is not clear which ones! Is the desire to take your money a violation of the rules? Judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one like that, instead of being paid, I received an account decavation. Scammers!
Shopped for big item and no cash back, told I didn't go by the rules, but I did have id number of shop trip sent in receipt details, gave to me then took back.
Do not use... I stopped my brother from making an online order and encouraged him to use befrugal. I sent him the referral link from my account and was with him when he opened email and signed up from it. He then went through site under my guidance to make an order on jet.com and befrugal claims that they have no record he was referred by me and is refusing to pay the referral bonus.
They are garbage. Use ebates or topdollar.

I was sent a referral link from a friend and was about to earn the necessary amount for the sign-up bonus and then a $15 as a referral bonus. One, other companies dish out the bonus after just their first purcahse ($10 threshold at befrugal).
My friend doesn't receive bonus... company states my email was used to look for laundry coupons a year ago. I have never heard/used their site until a month ago. Their solution involved me deactivating account and reinitiating... BUT you have to reearn the $10. Buying emails, anyone?

As our support member suggested, your friend can earn a referral bonus and you can earn a sign-up bonus, per the terms, by deactivating your current account and signing up again.
Answer: I had $38.24 coming back to me that I had to wait forever to get. And never got it. It finally became payable, I went to claim it, and befrugal blocked me from doing so. All the cash back disappeared. After that clicking on payments generated a 404 page. This is ridiculous. Whether it's a problem with their system or some other issue I don't know. But it really feels like they scammed me out of cash back. They won't let me log into my account now. I tried to reset my password and they won't let me do that either. A word from the wiser - Use Rakuten - they are 10 times more trustworthy than this thing. They also pay you regularly. BeFrugal is a Total scam! I read another review on Trustpilot where it says they will deactivate your account if they don't want to pay you. That's exactly what it looks like they did to me. Unbelievable.
