Wanted a budget priced patio set to put us on for a couple of years. Found the perfect set, at a very reasonable price. Very smooth transaction. Delivery date set. Driver even rang me when he was 20 minutes away. Husband found set alittle fiddly to put together but we got there & I am very happy with my purchase. All round an excellent experience
I ordered a bed on the 17th August, I chose to have it delivered on Tuesday the 22nd. Took the day off work, get an email at 11.06 on the Tuesday to say they couldn't deliver it because it was broken in transit and had to get a new bed from the manufacturer. They rescheduled delivery for today, 25th, waited in all day and I eventually called them just over an hour ago to be told they still didn't have my bed. Another wasted day off work. I was told they are having difficulties getting me another bed and that it would now be next Friday 1st September. I am sleeping on a mattress on the floor and it really isn't good enough, no bed and I've now lost 2 days wages
I ordered kingsize sleigh bed and mattress and was more than happy with the quality it's well made and sturdy. From ordering to delivery I've received excellent service from this company. After ordering the bed I realised I hadn't ordered a mattress contacted the company and asked could they put it on delivery with the bed no problem at all. Good Service All round

My bed would have costed £3800 in one of the retail stores and yet I've got this at a fraction of the price. It's a fantastic bed and has lasted. I will only by beds from this company.
The company need to ensure they remain the 2 man white glove service to enable those living in flats still have access to such great quality products.
I was given a choice of delivery days and the bed I ordered was delivered on time on my chosen day. The actual process of ordering and choosing the delivery day was easy and I was asked straightaway regarding the delivery day. It was also confirmed back to me. The actual bed is great quality and the instructions were easy to follow. I would purchase again from this company as the goods are great quality and the customer service is super too! I ordered from ijinteriors on ebay.
We ordered the bed on the Saturday for my son. It arrived on Monday - This was excellent in itself.

Had great service from them. Our order came promptly and delivery was smooth. They keot us informed. Everything was as expected. Our funiture was easy to put together. Everything we needed was there and its good and sturdy. Especially considering its had 2 children jumping in it for the last month! What more could you ask for!
A very competitively priced bed and memory foam matteress, expected cheap quality but was very pleasantly suprized.
Build quality and materials used were first rate.

I feel their website is misleading, they urge buyers to purchase a product at 50% within the next xxx hours xxx minutes and xxx seconds before the sale ends. But the "sale" is still on - weeks and weeks and weeks later.
It is very difficult to get hold of them after you purchase, I had an issue with the headboard which took far too long to resolve. I tried phoning the sales number to explain its impossible to get through to customer services, could they help? They hung up. I tried the "live chat" and explained how impossible it is to get through on phones, could they help? The agent didnt reply and promptly left the chat!
If you need to get hold of them you should email, as they seem to pick these up quickly.
Thankfully i finally managed to get through to jay who has personally taken all of my feedback and issues on board and has resolved my complaint. At times i seriously regretted not buying from a store, but jay this has definitely restored my faith in them.
They could be doing with improving their after sales care but if you are looking for a good looking bed at a fraction of the retail price, then they are definitely for you.
I am happy with the service and the product quality. Delivered within few days does not take too long to deliver my bed. Thanks to give great service.
Similar scenario as Tony. N I am still waiting for a replacement mattress! Bought the mattress in December 2016 and complained to the company in May 2017, to be told that it was out of warranty! I emailed back to say there is a 12 month warranty how can we be out of warranty! I then received an apology and a request for pictures and a video showing the noise this piece of material stuffed with god knows what makes! Duly done! Another email saying they will contact their supplier who will be in contact with us to organise a replacement... still waiting! Do not buy from these people, absolute shower! I am not sure who is writing the 5 star reviews but suspect its an inside job!

Have read some previous poor reviews and was worried. But... ordered last Sunday and told next day for bed but 7-10 for mattress, I opted to wait and have both together. This morning (6days later) both were delivered (after receiving text and E-mail day before).
Absolute quality at a great price, I was expecting cheap and nasty but got cheap and quality. Easy assembly and looking forward to testing it out tonight.
Highly recommended.
What kind of company is this?
I have tried on 2 occasions to purchase a mattress via the phone service but sit on hold way to long, no one answers the phone! Makes you wonder what would happen if you had an issue with service? Can't be bothered to answer the phone to sell a mattress... so poor no stars from me and I would not be recommending this company to anyone!

Please please please don't be fooled. It's money down the drain. I ordered double size bed for my daughter's room. First it's very bad quality including mattress. Secondly, half of the fixings were missing. We had to order again from Amazon. Also very bad quality of the wood that fix the headboard on the place.
My grandmother placed an order for two beds for when my younger brother and I came to visit. Initially, the order was set for the 8th of August (the day we arrived). On the day the beds were supposed to be delivered, the delivery was then pushed back to the 10th of August, but not before my grandma had single-handedly dismantled and moved all of the furniture from the room the beds were meant to be in. When the beds were not delivered, she re-built all of the furniture and put it back into place. The delivery was set for any time from 9am to 3pm and so my grandmother once again dismantled all of the furniture and moved it out of the room. This morning, on the 10th, we received a call saying that the delivery was half an hour away and then shortly after that, we received an email saying that the delivery would not arrive until the 17th of August. I called on her behalf and spent over an hour on the phone (most of it in hold) only to be offered "guaranteed" delivery on the upcoming Tuesday and 10% off the order. Given the previous unreliability of the website and delivery services (which have a 1.5/5 rating) we decided to decline this offer. The delivery has been cancelled and we will never be using this service again in the future.
