Off-shore scam

Horrible quality. They refuse to stand by their defective products or return policies. They are no longer regulated by U.S. laws, and there is no customer service in the U.S. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$.

Really bad customer service and Return Policy

I've been buying dresses from Bebe since 2012, more than 70 dresses in all, from Dubai, Florida etc. After they closed all Stores, I've been ordering online. This year, the quality of the clothes was different, so I returned all (3), but one. They send me the most expensive one back (300$), saying that it had a scent. It came back and I did not smell anything. I called the customer service and they said, sorry but we don't care, you cannot return it. I called the manager and she (Anya) said rudely the same thing. I tried all 4 dresses once on at the same time and returned three, so they all should be sent back to me, if they had a scent, but only the most expensive one was sent back. I might have had some perfume on me when I tried the dresses, but this I have always, also in stores when I try dresses etc on.
I think the service was unbelievable rude and unfair, as the dress did not have a scent. I will never order from Bebe again, as I was a good customer before and they treated me this way. This is also due to change in their quality of clothes, but mainly really bad service.

12 September - Ordered two items
28 September – Bebe shipped two items
28 September – Two items delivered
6 October - Returned one item, wrong size
6 October - Ordered different size for the item returned, they don't do exchanges
11 October – Bebe received the one returned item
14 October - Second order for different size was cancelled by Bebe, out of stock
14 October - Funds for second out of stock order were refunded
18 October - Called Bebe to determine status of refund for item returned on 11 October. They told me I had to wait 20 business days
7 November – 20 business days plus 30 minutes from receipt of returned item, I called Bebe to find out the status of my refund. They initiated the refund at that time, while I was on the phone.

There are numerous things wrong here. The slow shipping, over 2 weeks, there is no indication that the wait is going to be that long. Oh yeah they wave the COVID flag, but no indication of exactly what that wait is going to be. No exchanges. An inventory system that isn't accurate, a 20 business day from receipt to refund policy and finally I had to call to initiate the refund. I hope Elon Musk buys this company so he can fire all of them and start over. I will never do business with this company again.

This is a follow up for the review I posted on 1. 7. 2020. After waiting for another 3 days, I still haven't gotten any email from bebe so I decided to call them AGAIN. Their resolution was that I had used my own carrier to return the items so I have to contact USPS and have them ship the items back to their warehouse. Mind you, they were the ones who sent me that wrong label and they were denying it saying that they sent me a UPS label and not the USPS. This is BS! I even had a screenshot of the label they sent me and I still have a copy of my usps receipt. I spoke to 3 consultants and finally got hold of the manager and guess what?! He was saying how I may have accidentally downloaded a wrong label. They are a bunch of liars. If you decide to buy from bebe, don't bother think of returning your items to get a refund because they will say you shipped the items to a different warehouse they don't use anymore when it is clearly not your fault. All the manager said was "There is nothing I can do for you." My last words to him were "I will never shop with bebe again!" I'm telling all my friends who shop with bebe to stop immediately otherwise you will end up in a situation like me. Customer service sucks big time. Manager doesn't do crap. So save the headache and don't even bother shopping with them.

Bebe stole my money

BEBE STOLE MY MONEY
If i could give zero stars, I would. I returned this dress because it was too large (Bebe received it December 12th, 2018) and have been calling and emailing attempting to get a refund ever since. It is now March 26th. Nothing. They say the exact same thing every time I call and I've never gotten a follow up email or phone call and certainly no refund. So essentially, Bebe has almost $150 of mine and will not give it back. This morning during my 6th 30 minute long phone call, I told them I will be reporting to BBB, so I guess I've got to do that now. Ridiculous.

I've been a loyal bebe customer for years. Their return policy has never been the greatest, but then again I didn't return much because I was able to try it on in the store. I ordered two dresses online, as they no longer have stores. I didn't like the material of one, and didn't even try it on! The other I tried on and it was just ok. Just way different than pictured. So, I decided that at a $119 price point, I'd send it back too since I didn't love it. I went down to fed ex office, spent $12 to insure my return, well within the refund period of time, and sent it back to bebe. Two days later I got a confirmation email from fed ex saying it was delivered. No email from bebe. A full three weeks later, I get an email from bebe and coincidently they are both "stained" and won't be accepted! Really bebe? All tags still attached and one not even tried on? This is clearly a scam! I sent them an email calling them out on this and telling them that after being a loyal customer and spending thousands over the years I'm completely done with them. I haven't received an email back, so they clearly don't care and I'm sure are planning to discontinue thier online service soon. So disappointed, but a lesson learned I guess. I'd sell my bebe stock now if I had any...

When it comes to date/ party/ event I like Bebe, first, it fits me always perfectly, I know my Bebe size and it always works, compare to stores like express, limited etc Bebe is definitely more sexy and it made to show of your figure. In order to avoid tacky I always look for a fabric content and not too much of detailing( if you buy sexy dress that made out of cheap fabric you will look tacky, so I try to avoid it) I don't know, may be I'm just lucky but the stuff I bought from Bebe turned out to be great and are my favorite pieces, also I tend to get compliments wearing them, so I enjoy it a lot.

BOGUS COMPANY -10!

I was looking at buying a pair of shoes, filled out my info, then proceded to look for shipping details (cost, length of time). I never confirmed the order or authorized the payment, but next thing I know, I got an email thanking me for my order! I immediately sent back a reply email that I didn't authorize the transaction. This was on July 30,2019. After a few days (August 2,2019), I received a form letter from them saying please give them a chance, that my support is important to their business. So I KNOW they received my correspondence, but didn't cancel the order. These emails went back and forth almost daily, with no real acknowledgement of my requst to return my money, which was taken out of my account on August 1,2019. On August 12,2019, I got an email saying my order (#5298) had shipped. Again, I sent an email requesting a refund. On August 13,2019, they replied that since parcel had shipped, they could not change for me now, hope I could understand. Well I CAN NOT understand! They corresponded with me for 2 weeks prior to shipping. I would like my money returned to me. Thank you for your time.

"Very bad customer service in the store located in Egypt, Citystars mall
I was there and i bought four soiree dresses it cost me more than 8000 Egyptian pounds
And there was an offer ( get a bag when purchasing above 3000 Egyptian pounds)
I bought my things in two separate receipts but they gave me one bag, i told them i was over the total of two bags but they refused and it was very rude from them to tell me so
Because i already paid a big amount of money

I bought a spinner 4-wheel piece of luggage from Bebe. The first time I used it, wheeling it out of my apartment building to go to the airport, one of the spinner wheels pushed through into the case, leaving a hole at the bottom of my luggage. Not having time to replace the case, I had to pull the wheel back out, and tape up the hole. I contacted a customer service representative when I got back from my trip, and she made it clear that it wasnt her problem, and there was nothing she, or Bebe could or would do about it. She sounded bored and didnt even offer an apology. I then emailed the company, hoping to get a better response. I got basically a form letter/standard response that they were always glad to get feedback from their customers, both negative and positive, and thanking me for my feedback. There was nothing about actually looking into possible problems and weaknesses with their product, which caused it to break before Id even had a chance to use it. I will never buy another item from Bebe ever again. Horrible product and customer service.

I brought online items, but it isn't like what im expected. I started return on Dec 10,2017, and BEBE got this items back on Dec 26,2017. But until now, JAN 11,2018, i still this not get any update about refund even i wrote the email on Jan 5,2018 and BEBE customer service wrote email back they will up date for me in 24 -48h,( LIARS!). On Jan 11,2018, im call back to ask about my refund, they just said me dont worry and wait for 5 business days more. I feel like im have to BEGGING BEBE to get my money back. I WILL NEVER WANT TO SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!

After being stalked by ads on my Facebook page I finally broke down and purchased a 1/2 denim 1/2 hoodie dress for my birthday. I ordered it on 11/24 and by 12/4 I still had not received it, even with paying for expedited shipping. I called for status and was told by the representative that the dress was currently "out of stock" and that I would not be charged until it shipped. I informed her that it had ALREADY been deducted from my account and that I could provide proof if necessary. I asked that the order be cancelled and a refund submitted, she told me she was unable to do so and that I would have to wait until I receive it, send it back, pay for the return label, and then my refund would be issued. I called my bank and explained what happened (filed a claim) and they took care of it. On 12/5 I came home and found the "out of stock" dress on my porch, but according to my Bebe account the order still showed as "unfulfilled". I contacted Bebe again and they told me the process for submitting the return, and I in turn had to pay $10 for the label when originally shipping was on $7. I paid $44.29 and was only being offered $26.73 back from them. I just called today 1/9 and spoke with Bebe again and was told that they have yet to issue my refund because I filed a claim with my bank. I would need to call my bank and cancel the claim before they would issue. BULL$#*!! Never again will I shop with this piece of $#*! company. Ever since they closed their stores, they are trash!
