I ordered a wig from Beauty Forever on December 29,2022. I tracked my wig because they told me it would take 24-48 hours to receive. Then I panicked. I've had some bad experiences with purchasing wigs :( Lord, behold, beauty came :) I received my wig on January 4,2023. The hair feels soft, I washed it, and I noticed minimal shedding and no harsh odor. This is an honest review. This company doesn't even know I'm for the people. I would recommend them. Just be patient :) Good day.

I returned the hair because it was not the same quality as the pictures shown. I even did a video of me showing the hair before I closed and sealed the package. I'm glad I did because these people are acting real suspicious. I left a review on trust pilot. Now they want me to delete a honest review and want to act like two days later they didn't receive my return on 9-15. A customer service rep even said they did after I sent them a screenshot that same day. They are a scam and I'm about to report them.

This is my first human hair wig and so far I am v pleased. The curls are soft and have a natural sheen. You can run your fingers through this wig. The entire front half of this wig is lace, so you really have free parting space. The edges are pre-plucked and the actual lace isn't stiff like some wigs. This is a great-quality wig!

I am absolutely in love with my hair! It's soft and silky, the lace is pre-bleached, very easy to wear, the Seller was really nice and sent the hair out quickly! I definitely recommend them and will plan on shopping with them again very soon!

Don't waste your money on them, it's not only thin, it's synthetic mixed and the few hairs that are human the cuticles are short and all different directions. I spent £400 on a wig so bad it's been binned. The reviews are fake

The wave in the hair is soo beautiful, the hair is soft as hell and it looks like it doesn't need too much plucking. Hasn't been worn yet but is beautiful out the package!

I placed my order on December 7th, was supposed to receive it 3-5 days later, today is December 19th, and has not received it, I had to cancel my hair appt, which was on 12/20/21. I called Beauty Forever spoke to someone named Zoey who stated: "the reason is the hair you ordered is not available".
I understand that, but on the website, it should say (currently unavailable), I would have ordered a different wig, or go to a different website. Now I have 2 events to go to on December 23rd, and on New Year's eve, not sure what I am going to do. My hairdresser is booked until after New Year.
