I placed my order on December 7th, was supposed to receive it 3-5 days later, today is December 19th, and has not received it, I had to cancel my hair appt, which was on 12/20/21. I called Beauty Forever spoke to someone named Zoey who stated: "the reason is the hair you ordered is not available".
I understand that, but on the website, it should say (currently unavailable), I would have ordered a different wig, or go to a different website. Now I have 2 events to go to on December 23rd, and on New Year's eve, not sure what I am going to do. My hairdresser is booked until after New Year.
