DO NOT ORDER with BEADWAX.com, no emails no communication and no product. I paid for ASAP shipping and its been two weeks and I have received nothing. The fact that the site is still up and they are paying for google ad words should hold google accountable for being a pusher!
I ordered from Beadwax since April. I got an email confirming my order and then when the item was shipped. But I NEVER got the tracking number, and I've sent MULTIPLE emails since, trying to contact them and I've gotten no replies. Its a SCAM.
I placed my order and paid with my debit card and still NO product. I keep emailing "Sarah" and I get a reply they will look into my order status. Now I have to try and work with my bank to get a refund (probably not) and report them to BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they cheat hard working consumers out of their money and send NO product.
I order the bundle on April 17,2020 received confirmation email. Couple days later I received email that my order shipped but NO Tracking Number. Then I emailed the company because thats the only contact information on April 28,2020. I didnt receive a response for almost a week and Sarah T (Customer Service) sent me a standard email that was copied and pasted in multiple days but separate emails. Then she said she will escalate my case and a guy name James (Suppose to be manager) emailed me telling me my order was lost and he would send out the order again. I emailed everyday asking for a respond and I got the same email multiple times in separate emails. I asked for a refund NO RESPONSE for a couple of weeks and the response was the same email saying my bundle left the warehouse. Im highly upset and ive escalated this case to paypal and sent emails as my proof. I also emailed the company asking for a Manager of both Sarah and James. Overall BAD company and I will NEVER order again and i've posted on social media about this company warning everyone of their SCAM!
Never received my product ordered a month ago said would ship 5-7 days nothing! Stated delay because of Covid19 still nothing
This is a complete Scam company. Dont let the look and feel of the website, its reviews fool you.
1) Place an order more than a month ago, while trying to place the order, they even fool you by emailing you a discount code - one which never works. So eventually user ends up paying full price
2) No number to call back on - Didn't even receive a confirmation receipt, some did - but I didn't. There is no tracking number
3) When trying to reach - there is a auto generated email, from system stating this is 'Sarah and it will take upto 3 weeks to get your product shipped'. If you try emailing again and again (just to test them)you get a standard system generated email - with no updates.
Worst: Check your Credit card, its will show a transaction from some wierd company called 'CO.COM*BEAD WAX' which is NOT legetimate. Its a huge SCAM in these difficult times - stay away
PS: If you try and write a review on the website 'Beadwax.com'- it just doenst allow you to do so. So those reviews online are also fakeee.
Scam! Never received product after tons of emails sent to them. I've very disappointed!
