We've updated our email address in PayPal as we changed it recently and forgot about it. We currently only offer support through email and we don't have a physical location as we only sell our waxing kits through our website. Scam company! They do not send out their wax and they do not give refunds.

Totally a scam, no response to emails. Are their reviews all fake as there isn't even an option to leave feed back on the website.

Scam. The email address they have in PayPal is invalid. No phone number or physical address for the company. Just a useless customer service email address.
