The return policy is a lie. I bought $120 worth of merch, I got 5 swimsuits & surfer suits to try. They did not want to return any of them. I was hand twisted into exchanging. This unacceptable, and I hope they got fined for faulty practices. The quality of the swimsuits was awful. The surfer suits are not bad, they have super big baggy upper arm, but where typical suits are $150, these at $32 are good enough.

A) Exchange for New Item: we resend you a new item for free instead of return. (Most customers choose this)
B) Fast Partial Refund: You don't need to return. We can refund USD$3 for each return item. This way can save your much effort and time.
C) Return for full refund: Please mail them out within 7 days and offer the valid returning tracking number.

Their products are terrible quality and are even worse than what you would buy from Wish. The materials they use are of lesser quality than what they use on their models. It's basically a scam. I tried to return my order but they make you pay for shipping and only return a small percentage of the original cost. I ended up donating the unworn items to charity, but the items are so low quality and ill-sewn that I can't imagine someone purchasing it even through a thrift shop. Save your money and your time. They're basically scammers. It looks like they have people submitting fake reviews too, since the majority of the reviews are eviscerating the company and the others are singing their praises as if CoCo Chanel handsewed these terrible atrocities masquerading as garments. Give me a break, you're not fooling anyone.
That dress is perfect! Beautiful and very elegant. Simply in love. I live in Brazil and arrived in 28 days.

I have ordered several dresses, they looked so cute on website. Don't order. They have no return policy that makes sense. I'm a size 12 and ordered XL and still never fit. I'm not busty and top of dresses never fit correctly. Needs more fabric... so disappointed.

Do not order from this company... I ordered three swimsuits, and 1 swim bottom. I received 4 swimsuits, one I didn't order, three others in the wrong sizes. I didn't get my swim bottoms. I am trying to return it but no luck at this time.
