Horrible return policy for US customers. They offered the following for a $25 bathing suit return...
1.50% off another item- why would I want to add to the cost. It's a win for them and lose for me.
2. Keep the item and they refund me $3. Ridiculous
3. Pay shipping cost to China (which the cheapest was $17 USPS) and send them tracking no for full Return.

Will NEVER buy from this website again.

These bikinis are the absolute best if you're looking for something which is both flattering plus a comfy material, such a diverse range for all body types! I loved my bikini and would deffo get from here again

How can I get my money back? I ordered 5 suits to see which would look and fit best. None were good enough to keep. So I decided in this time of covid to return my shopping efforts. They gave me an address in china and I have to pay for shipping but my return (at my cost of $30) was sent back to me from customs. I don't know how to effectively take them small claims court or sue them as there is no name to identify. They tell you stories but never follow through on their policy, example: I will give you 15% back if you keep it and the you the buyer will pay 85% and of course you got to pay for shipping. How is this satisfaction? I guess that I can resell it. But in good conscience it is hard to sell the lack of quality. Frustrated.

It is the second time that I have received clothing from this brand and I loved it, both the clothing and the availability of the brand. One of my favorite stores!

Poor quality, bad material, hard to return and have to pay shipping to China. The material is just not as advertised.

I ordered a swimsuit for my daughter. We were leaving on vacation soon so I paid an extra $40 for their fastest shipping option. It didn't come in time. She tried it on when we got home from our trip and it didn't fit! I contacted them to return it and it's a China address! It would have cost me an additional $40 to send it back! Their return and exchange options are terrible! You better hope the swim suit you order fits and you like it, because they won't be helpful to return or exchange it. Now I'm stuck with a swim suit I paid $70 for that doesn't even fit her!

This place is not legit! The refuse to let me return the items! I asked the next day for return address and they won't give it to me.

I ordered 2 swim suits one was to small and one had no elastic under the breast part so you can imaging what happens when you raise your arms. I don't usually order things from instagram but thought I would give it a try and of course disappointed the cost was reasonable but then when I tried to get my money back it cost me more than the suit to return it! Sending it to China and only 1lb was 27.75 yep crazy! And of caused the offer you to keep the item and they will send you 2 new items for 50% off but then again your buy-in items you probable can keep or a fast partial refund 3.00 for each item returned yes 3.00 is what they want to give you back for the Fast Partial Refund, and for full refund you pay the shipping thats very costly. Beware!

I had received my order and went by the sizing chart that they provided. I think they meant for the children's department! When I attempted to return the product, they gave me a address in China. The bathing suit was shipped from Texas! Why can't you return to Texas? It would cost me more to ship it to China than what I paid for the item. And it will take longer during the pandemic we are in. I will never shop with this company again and recommend you don't! I tried emailing them multiple times asking about their shipping address with no response. They kept circling around the questions I asked. I will pay higher prices and keep my money in the USA!

I bought 2 items - one was faulty and one didn't fit despite checking the measurements before purchasing. When I contacted Beach Sissi it took 3 emails to convince them of the fault at which point they offered me the option to buy a new one at half price. It took another 5 emails to get an address to return the items which ended up being in Shanghai. They do not pay return postage but at this point offered a $6 refund (AUD) for the clothes (cost was $80).
The items themselves are of poor quality.
Needless to say I will never but from Beach Sissi again.

I ordered two swimsuits and they didn't fit properly. I went to return and I was given three options. One, exchange for new items at 50% off, partial refund of $6 for a $60 order, or return for full purchase but I have to pay for shipping to China. The swimsuits come from a US mailing address, but if you want to return them, you have to pay to send them to China. Ridiculous!

Return is such a hustle. They tried say I should keep it and they will give me discount for the next purchase. Return shipping will cost you more than the order worth. This site is a joke

BUYER BEWARE - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a light blue bathing suit bottom and received a dark TEAL BLUE BIKINI! They said it was not their fault that the baby blue photo on their website was taken in THE SUNSHINE making it appear light blue! Are they kidding? TEAL is not light blue! They refused to refund money so had to go through the trouble of opening a dispute with PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! RIP OFF. SLOW delivery. Photo shows it is NOT light blue as shown on their website. FALSE ADVERTISING but they won't own their mistake and make a simple refund of $35.99 - it's the principle. Posting on Yelp, Google Reviews, etc. as well.
