Do not buy from this company. Their clothes are cheap and poorly constructed, the items I wanted to return had uneven waists and hems. They will not admit liability for their faulty items.
They asked for photos, which I provided, then they asked me to send photos of me modeling their clothes! I refused so they gave me the option of returning the items to China, at my cost, purchasing more items at a discount or receiving 10% off each item I kept. Appalling. What a waste of time and money.

Gave them my correct address but my order was never delivered to me so they gave me two options:
1) Give them another $12 to ship it again or 2) Agree to a 20% refund! Why would I pay 80% for something I never received!?! Contacting BBB and Consumer Affairs. Beware!

Two items purchased did not fit. Following very specific instructions the items were posted back at my expense in November 2022. Australia Post confirmed package delivered but I am still awaiting refund.

Clothes are poor quality and don't match photos given. In fact, some prints actually are quite different than what is originally advertised. In fact, some clothes made of the cheapest materials, not even something to put on one's body. When needing to return, they require a traceable package. My last one, returning two tiny dresses, cost me 66.00 to return 85.00 of product. They try to negotiate with you to only accept a 10% return fee and not sending product back. This is a company interested in making a buck and not caring about a cheap throw away product.

Product didn't fit well and when I asked to return it, I was told I needed to ship back to China when the address it came from was in Vernon, CA.

The provided options to get a refund of 10% if I don't want to ship it back to china or an option to get a 50% credit to shop at their store. They make it difficult and unreasonable to get a full refund.

Purchased 2 suits. I'm 5'7 weigh 158 and equally proportioned.wear 12/14. Tankini bottoms barely covered my butt. Tankini small felt like a size 10. Black one piece large fit ok but the mesh insets showed my surgery scars thru...I wanted to return both. 3 options given and a lot of hassle on the return o CHINA that I needed to pay for. I had purchased my normal size and it didn't fit as true to size - I ordered the next size to see if it would fit better and it took forever to receive. I inquired on the delivery date and it finally arrived - only to find it fit horribly. Beachsissi wouldn't accept the return because it was a day past the 15 day return time- because of THEIR shipping/delivery delay. I will NEVER order from Beachsissi again. Neither should YOU! Buyer BEWARE.

I paid for expedited shipping for my order. I am well passed that window, still haven't received order

The clothes are horribly made and sized. I bought a swimsuit in size small...according to the sizing on their website. The bottoms fit but the top was like a Toddler's size. You have to return to China even though the swimsuit was shipped from Illinois. Shipping to China which is extremely difficult and expensive from the USA. The quality of clothing and customer service is the worst. I would highly recommend not ordering from this website no matter how "cute" the clothes look. They will not arrive that way and you are out all the money you spent. They will offer 10% back on your purchase...big deal. Again...I would recommend not even browsing this website because it will be tempting but not worth it!

Ordered a tankini which arrived within several weeks and seemed to be made reasonably well considering how inexpensive it was. However, the tankini bottom is very revealing and was not as pictured on the website. It does not come to the belly button and does not cover your butt. It's one step away from being a thong. I've tried repeatedly to contact the company to return it, but hey have never responded back. I should have looked at their overall reviews which are not good and saved myself some money. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN IT IF THERE'S ANY PROBLEMS.

Not worth the purchase. The website says they want "customer satisfaction" and you can return your items if you are not satisfied. What they fail to tell you is that it's nearly impossible because you have to pay for the return back to China. I returned over $400 in merchandise and spent on $160 to return the package, and now it has been stuck in customs for over 2 weeks. Who knows if I will ever get my return. Very misleading on the website on how they want your customer satisfaction and you can return your items. Never again will I order fromBeachsissi. Such a hassle.

If you need to return or exchange it is nearly impossible. They tell you to mail to some weird address in China. And you have 7 days to get it there for full refund. BOGUS do not buy from this company.

Has now been five (5) months since i returned my product, i have provided them with shipping details. They still maintain that they have not received my goods therefore will not refund me. I have been advised by the shipping company that the goods have reached its destination. I still get the same answer "we have not received the item"... this is unsatisfactory and breaching their return policy. NOT HAPPY... I want my refund.

So disappointed you can't return swimwear; sure wished I knew you could get these off Amazon because then I could return it.

I purchased three suits from Beach Sissi - they sent me four. I was not aware the suits were coming from China. When I received the suits, the colors were off from pictures and the fit was not as I expected. When I attempted a return (they were unworn, tags still on), I was given three options: buy more suits at a discount!, keep them and receive 10% refund, or return shipment at my own cost. The cost would be more than I paid for the suits.

I had only seen positive reviews on their website, so I had no idea to expect this. Despite trying to contact the company, no other options were offered. Now I'm stuck with FOUR suits and I'm down over $100.

Buyer Beware. I'd shop somewhere in the states and with a better return policy. I will be posting this review on every site I can find.

I bought 3 bathing suits based on the low price -- I usually spend around $75-$100 on one suit each year.
I'm not a high end person, don't need a name brand most of my clothes are from Marshall's or TJ Maxx or Macy's.
The material is cheap and the fit was fair -poor. I ordered a large in all 3 suits. They were all a very similar styles-- the fit was different for all 3 both bottoms and tops -- thus they are not all true to size. I'm 5'7" and I weigh 150. I'm a size 10 typically one top fit fine one was somewhat tight - the 3rd was super tight.

For an online bathing suit store they are totally clueless about the process of shopping online. They only allow 15 days for returns. However, they send multiple packages and make you wait for the final suits to arrive and then you have to email them to start a return. I didn't realize it was a 15 day window and I reached out at 17 days and they're refusing to let me return my suits. I bought 8 suits from them and they're not allowing me to return any. Now I get why the suits are so cheap--they don't spend any money on their customer service and have no decent systems in place to help customers.

Their return policy is way to short! Ordered a bathing suit for a trip, got delivered after I left by the time I retuned I couldn't return the suit that didn't fit! 15 days is unacceptable!

Wish I would've done my research, they sent me the wrong swimsuit first and then the ones I actually ordered 3 days later. They went by the 1st shipment date and claimed I couldn't return anything outside of a 15 day window. The sizes and proportions are horrible - more teen sizes than women and the quility is very low. Not sure what kind of photoshopping they do to achieve the pics. Ug, waste of money and time waiting for their shipping which took over a month to be told I cannot return outside of a 15 day window. 1 star I guess for their ads which sold me on facebook.

I have ordered from this company a couple times. The first time I ordered several bathing suits which I was very happy with. The second time I ordered I went by their sizing chart and ordered a few dresses. They were huge. When I went to return them, I asked for a shipping label. They said they do not offer shipping labels. I went to the post office. It would have cost over $97 to return for an order that was $89. They sent me an address from China. When I contacted them about this problem, they said sorry we only have two options for you. One is to make the return and two is to order three more items and we will give you a discounted price. Now why would I order more items that could possibly not fit and be stuck in the same situation?
