There is no such thing as a return to Beachsissi. Extremely high cost to ship + no tracking available past the border of China = not possible to properly return items. Quality of products is low. A few items are acceptable and others are just trash. Bra pads are small and obtrusive. Fabrics are meh. Sure there's a market for cheap clothing but if these are considered that, then they are way overpriced. Their $30 dresses should be $15.

I ordered a dress that showed up weeks late it felt like cheap material, not good quality and when I attempted to return them, options were to send order more at 50% off, get 10% back and keep them or ship them back to China at my own cost, which would be more than 65$! What a rip off! I'm now stuck with cheap dress that I don't like. Waste of money. Stay away.

I purchased 2 dresses totaling $70. Both were mediums. One was too big. One was too small. Both unwearable. Instead of returning them they want to offer % off another order. Ummm. No thank you, not spending more money on something unpredictable. I decided to pay shipping to return them, thinking being lightweight I'd get something back. Nope. Costs just as much to return them to china. So I'm stuck with $70 of merch I can't wear.

Beachsissi is in China any returns have to be shipped back. Big $ but fear not they'll refund you 12% of the total!

Customer is responsible fornreturn shipping costs. Costs more than the items are worth to return to China.

Wish I had seen these bad reviews before ordering from them! Order several dresses that looked cute on the model first of July. Took a month and a week to get my shipment. Not one dress looked good. They were all cheap material and most fit weirdly! Nothing like pictured. I have been emailing them per their instructions to get the return address and no response at all! According to these reviews, sounds like I will have to pay a huge shipping fee to send them back to China and then they don't offer a full refund. Guess I will donate the items to Goodwill! Wish I had never ordered from this scam!

Super cute dress, but after one wash on "hand wash" setting, and having it to dry, it shrunk several inches and is like a tunic top now. I reached out to the company and they said to send pics. No refund or replacement has been offered and now I have a dress I can't wear.

I purchased a tankini and I write this review to warn others the quality is terrible, the sizing is all wrong and it's nothing like the picture. Beware!
Oh and they claimed it would be shipping in 3/4 days. Coming straight from China, it took 3 1/2 weeks! Again, Beware!

I ordered a swim suit on 6/16 in hopes to have it for my vacation the second week of july. It is now 7/14 and still have not received it. I contacted customer service for a refund and they refused. Do not order if you're expecting fast delivery.

I ordered two bathing suits and was very disappointed in the quality, fit and fabric. Yes, they do state on their website that you can return the items if you are not satisfied. What they do not disclose is that the return address is in China (even though the items were shipped from CA where i live). I think that is to discourage people from returning unwanted items. The return shipping cost me almost $29...my order was approx $80. They do offer you a 10% refund if you choose to keep the items. Why would I want to keep these items I would never wear. Stay away from this site or if you really want to try the items, buy on Amazon where you can return without a hassle or fee. Will wait to see if i actually get a refund!

Where do I begin? Ordered 2 bathing suits both of which had no elastic in the bottoms. Additionally each bottom itself was not cut the same way so one side was different then the other. I ordered the size recommended on their site and the bathing suit was to small. Would've cost $171 to ship this back. Communication was awful and no reasonable options were made. Why would I order a different size for 50% off and go thru that all over again? Worst experience I've ever had with a company. They get a 0 rating. You can even see on the pink bottom on the left side how it's sticking up because there's no elastic!

Do not buy from this business. The clothes and materials are cheap and fit in a strange way. Don't waste your money. I wanted to return my item but I had just passed the 15 day return by 2 days. I offered to show them proof that I had not only moved 2 days before the item was delivered and then immediately went on vacation for 2 weeks. I have proof of it all but they said no exceptions are made. I figured I'd at least make sure to let people know the quality of their clothing.

Purchased a large swimsuit which was comparable to a small/medium in American sizes. It was also extremely thin, cheap material. When I inquired about returning it, I was told that I would have to ship it to China at my own expense! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Cute suits. But, I'm too long waisted - I hoped to return these swimsuits as they are made for shorter waisted ladies than myself. THEN, I realized that I somehow purchased these off their.com in China. My mistake. I could've got the exact same thing from Beachsissi on Amazon prime. One day and no return ship cost.‍

The website is very intuitive and we can find what we need in no time!
The clothes are very pretty and the images are focused and perfectly correct.
There's a lot of reviews so that it helps the buyers as well.

The quality and the cut of the dresses I bought are very poor. They do not look at all like the photos on their site. When I tried to return the items, I was told it was at my expense and that I have to send them back... to China! It's not written anywhere on their website. For me, it's fraud. Do not buy Beachsissi items!
