I can't believe how quick these tires came. I ordered four tires on Thursday morning. I got them by noon on Friday. They were shipped out of Minnesota I received them in West Virginia. Great job guys.
*Wheels have not arrived yet* The wheels I ordered are in an offset that would not fit an unmodified version of my car. Support held my order until they confirmed with me that I had intentionally ordered these specific wheels.

Easiest on line purchase that I have ever made. I was having trouble with making the purchase online due to my fault. I called and talked to a rep and he entered all the info and sent me a simple email to complete the order. Just got a email stating that the rims have shipped. I didn't realize my error hub sizing error in ordering this Voxx Este rim. However, your professional associate caught my error, corrected it, and notified me immediately by email, saving me the hassle of returning and replacing this rim. However, all is well and and I'm very satisfied in dealing with a very professional organization! Now I know who to refer my friends to for similar happy experiences!

I ordered metallic purple rims for my black Hyundai N Line. We had them installed and had a vibration so rings were ordered to correct the *******@bbwheels had the party in stock and sent FedEx two day shipping. Very please with the communication I received. Top notch place to buy rims.

We ordered the same tires that came on our Ram Bighorn 2020. We have driven ******* miles on the original tires and they have still have good tread on them That's why we ordered the same tires We received them today only 2 days after ordering them. I was really disappointed when my original order was refunded because the wheels were out of stock. But when I found another set of wheels and had an issue completing the order, Noah contacted me by phone and got the order completed for me in minutes'! Now I'm expecting my new wheels in a few days.

Only reason I'm giving them one star is because negative numbers are not an option. Ordered four BFG TA AT KO2S 265/75/16 I recieved three and one 285/75/18. Called to find out how to rectify this situation that is completely their fault. I knew when they said send it back and then we will send you a replacement, I'd been had. Sent tire back against my better judgment. Shouldn't have let it out of my possession until I received my tire. The one I ordered. They're now telling me this fifty pound tire has only been showing up on scans as two and a half pounds. So now I'm out over $200 on a tire that FedEx must have lost? Plus going to have to spend another $200 plus locally to get a fourth tire and get my customer back on the road. So I'm pretty much out over $500 for their mistake. Guess I'm gonna eat this job.
BBWheels will add shipping insurance to your purchase without asking, and you have to go back into your cart and manually remove it.
Always ask the customer if they want something extra. It's just disrespectful to add BS charges without consent.

This is my 4th time buying wheels from bbwheels. You can not beat the selection and price. I like the fact you can just look up wheels by the vehicle you own, and they keep the website updated. If a new vehicle comes out it will be on there sortly. You don't have to do a bunch of research before picking out wheels. They also sell everything you need to go with your wheels ei: lug nuts, tire pressure monitoring sensors. It's a one stop shop.
