BB Wheels

I was hunting down a pro comp 97 for my 1989 toyota pickup and I had a bit of a tough time using the wheel specifications on my phone. It would limit my options in my width or rim size for no reason and would only fix when I reloaded the page.

I needed a wheel for my VW 181 which had adapters for a Pacer wheel. An in depth discussion of what emerge existing Pacers actually were led to a wheel on BB's older stock that with meet my need for a spare tire. Thanks for your help.

1st time using this company. Very happy with my tires. The tracking system did not help me for I am not up to date with our high tech phones. I did received the tracking for Fed Ex was able to track my tires.

Received 3tires very next day, fed ex says order shipped, will be calling them if not delivering other tire today. Other than that, as long as I get my other tire, it was excellent. I think fed ex makes it look bad and kinda worries ya if they sent the correct amount.

After a few fails attempts and minor set backs I got the tires i desired. I want t say thank you to everyone at the company for providing me with multiple options and ways to make my purchase flawless. I was able to reach them via phone and email. Thank yall so much. - Ceejae

Andy was outstanding with sales and helping to determine if I was purchasing the right size rims for my truck. I haven't bought rims in over 20yrs and I've got to say. BB Wheels made it so easy. There are a lot of online shops and I talked to several of the others and received nothing compared to Andy's help

BB wheels sent me the wrong tire. They refused to send the right tire until I sent them the original tire for "inspection". They also refused to make up for their error in anyway, through compensation, coupon or otherwise. People make mistakes, but your customers should never have to pay for them. They were dismissive over the phone and represents one of the worse customer service experiences i have ever had.

Spoke with customer rep to get the exact size wheels for my car, he was very helpful,knowledgeable and courteous.Everything went smooth with my purchase, now just waiting for wheels to come.The prices were good and I highly recommend BB Wheels to anyone, who needs new wheels.
