Great to deal with. Easy check out and quick shipping. Tires arrived with white lettering in perfect condition. Finally a tire vendor that knows how to ship tires the right way! No compressed and strapped tires that are a nightmare to mount! BB is now my go to.tire vendor!
Easy to get a replacement for damaged tires through the warranty program. Only issue is that I paid more for the replacement than the original but that's not a big deal. 3 year warranty on road hazards can't be beat.

Shipping was fast! They called to double check my wheel size since the rims I ordered weren't standard to the make and model. (They will check) Tps sensors were pre programmed. The hub rings and lugs fit. No mistakes. Would do business with them again.

One of the worst transactions I could of made horrible communication I didn't get a refund for a couple days shy of a month to return the rim would cost about 90$ they take another 60$. I'd email them for any updates wouldn't hear anything for about a week for them to say let them check with the warehouse to never get a reply. I tried calling then number never answered. Asked about getting a the correct rim resent to me with no reply. I'd go through my local tire store or anywhere else before going this route again.
I experienced excellent customer service where the representative Ian task extra time and steps to find the correct rims to fit my tire size. I had to call more than once on my own account and each time I was greeted polite and professionally. I will highly recommend you company to anyone I come across. Thank you again!

I ordered my wheels online, called the next day to find out if what I ordered is what I will be getting, they confirmed that the order was correct. Got my wheels and Install kit about a week later.
Great customer service and shipping was pretty quick.
The wheels are correct and in great condition.

I bought a tire online. And boy i did great with the special price and FREE shipping... i really like the tire, tread pattern, fit, the look... all meet my expectations. Oh yeah the ease of checkout and quick delivery... i will buy again at the right time. Good place to buy tires.!
This was my first time ordering rims and tires on line. Did it all on a weekend. Thought I had everything and was good to go. I was contacted the next day by one of the sales team members and was told that something wasn't right. They fixed things in just a couple of minutes. Great company to work with.

Garbage service don't buy from this company. We're sold out they did nothing to make it right after waiting almost a week and a half for them to ship. I had to call to question why they weren't sent yet. But as they put it they did me the favor of giving me a full refund. Gee thanks for a full refund. Basically ghosted me after realizing they screwed up said they called had no missed call only when I called again did they let me know then I realized I did get a email though. Would not recommend them for anything.

I made sure to ask questions in which the person I communicated with had to double check on the exact answer. He was able to confirm that the product fit properly. Was very helpful and made for a great experience. When I placed my order everything was shipped promptly with tracking info. Shipper delayed one item which wasn't an issue as it arrived the following day. Made for a great experience and will look to this company for future products.

Ordered 4 tires and expected them to be delivered in a week. I received 3 out of 4 and a bbwheels customer service rep told me the other one will arrive within 24 hours. Fast forward 4 days its still not arrived. I call to ask if they lost it and they actually sent it to a completely different state. They said they will start a claim. Fast forward about 3 more days and they tell me they lost the tire. Now im waiting for the replacement as i payed for secure packaging via route. But why is it taking almost a month after the other tires for me to get my 4th tire? Seems like they have no sense of urgency. Horrible service. Will never buy from bbwheels again.

My experience was perfect. I bought replacement coverage when I bought the rims and I had to use it. It was easy and hassle free. My new rim is on its way no cost to me. I will definitely buy from your site again.
