They make sure they hire the people that don't make hurting other people to make money. Do yourself a favor and run from this POS company as they have no problem with taking your money and leaving you stranded. There site is Inaccurate in lies to you when you enter in your vehicle information it will pull up items that don't fit your vehicle. Which is weird because if you go on any other auto website once you enter in your vehicles information any part that shows up should fit your vehicle that is the point of having that search engine it's called a filter. Makes the customer life less stressful. Again not that they care about the customer. You've been worn run

If you purchase tires from BB Wheels, watch out if there is any chance you need to cancel or return their tires. I emailed the customer service dept the next morning and cancelled my order. Then, I called when they opened at 10am EST and cancelled it with a customer service representative. She said she would take care of it. When I received emails that evening saying the tires were being shipped, I called immediately when they reopened and their rep told me, it's too late. How could it be too late when I called when they opened? They charge a whopping 25% restocking fee and you pay the return shipping costs. Do not buy from them.

I have never purchased after market rims before and I don't really know much about the specs and details of wheels on a vehicle. Without the guidance and knowledge of Nolan I would have spent Unnecessary money, had the wrong products and probably frustrated about the whole experience. He explained all my misunderstandings and got me what I needed and exactly what I wanted. Will definitely purchase more products from your company in the future, thank you!

I ordered wheels, they sent the wrong size then said that's what i ordered because i didn't go to some bull$#*! place on their website, then they wanted to charge me for restocking, $280.00 plus return shipping at $321.00 avoid this place at all cost.

A joke. Was going to order new wheel set up and send unopened wheels bc I changed lug pattern on new build. They are going to charge 25% restocking fee and $49 shipping on an almost $1700 order. Stay clear from these guys. Con artist If I could give a negative review I would.

Experience was good just because BB Wheels had a good looking wheel that fit my unusual application. All the other Companies I tried either had simple looking wheels with nothing to highlight them or they were out of stock. Waited almost five months for some wheels that were apparently being held up in China. The Company advertised the wheels as if they had a store full of them. BB wheels was always honest with me. As I said I had a hard fit a unusual offset and a size 17 which is no longer popular so many companies opt for the larger wheel. BB Wheels saved me from the boredom and misery from being stuck with the same or a similar designed wheel. Thank you. Now I have wheels that are a compliment to my competition sound system.

I stumbled across this site because I was looking for a specific replacement wheel and tire for my daughter's car. They had both, and from what I can tell were reasonably priced. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and received the tire on Tuesday and the wheel on Wednesday. If their service is always like this then I will be telling all my friends to check this place out! I will be making some additional purchases in the near future for my own car as well. Thank you

I ordered my wheels and a few hours later I got an email to call because there was a discrepancy with my order. I called and spoke with an actual person, he knew almost immediately why my order was held up. The wheels I ordered technically should not fit my vehicle but I knew because of extensive modifications I have done that they would. He verified with me that this was still the route I wanted to go and released my order. My shipping confirmation followed shortly thereafter. I am just impressed by how closely these guys pay attention. Great experience so far!

Company denied that their wheels were damaged, sent them pics as soon as i received the wheels, showing them still in the box, and they claimed that they were not clear enough, taken by a New samsung galaxy phone with 4k quality. I then sent new pics again, and because i needed to use the wheel, they denied my claim stating that it void since i have had them installed. Trash of a company, do not order from here. Pics i sent day after delivery are posted as well.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size rims not only do I have to pay the return shipping they are also going to charge me 25% of my total as a restocking fee I will never use them again they are a complete rip off and absolutely suck.

Purchased wheels from BB Wheels for a great price. Upon delivery one of the wheels was damaged during shipment. Sandra who assisted with the entire return process was very professional and communicative. She had another replacement sent out quickly. GREAT company to do business with. You are the best Sandra!

They helped me to understand some of the things about ordering rims as to how they would fit my car with its specs & things I didn't know about like center bore spaces I would need. Other places that sell car rims didn't bother to reach out & ask me if I knew of things like this or if I did on offset size as well. Other places tried to sell me rims with a +40 offset, but my car could only handle a +15 to +25. The +40 offset would've been too much. Other places even where I usually get my tires was trying to sell me the wrong stuff to make a sell I guess. These guys highly impressed me. Courteous & polite, they did great!
