Purchased four 26" snowflake wheels and four tires. The price was better than any tire shop near me. Tires and wheels were all delivered in perfect condition i had no problem with any item. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Haven't received my merch yet, but the purchasing experience has been top notch so far. I have some tricky hubs so needed the rep to do some research on what would fit my truck. Adjusted my order after paying to remove some hub rings I didn't need. Very good communication on the status of my order. Website is on of the best online sites in my opinion.

Bought a set of tires through BB Wheels, had them shipped directly to my installer. This part was fine and completed in a timely manner. However, one of the tires would not balance a $1600.00 set of four. BB would not replace the bad tire.

Nothing but great things to say about BB Wheels. I called a few times to get more details on a specific wheel, as I was doing a custom, non-standard wheel set-up on a classic VW Beetle. Each call was met with a friendly and helpful person on the other end. They also didn't let the order go through until I called back with more details, because the shipping department folks recognized the fact that the wheel didn't match the car info. That is actually a great thing, instead of them just sending the product blindly. Also, I found their website to be one of the best sites for searching specific details. I would absolutely recommend and buy from these guys again! - Dan

I ordered a set of wheels 2 years ago and was fairly pleased with the service. Recently I ordered 37-in tires for my truck and FedEx failed to deliver them and BB Wheels charge me $656 out of my $1,545 tire expense. Made no effort to help.
I made contact regarding a wheel I desired for my classic car I'm restoring. Nolan assisted in determining wheel size and helped with tire sizing. Quote was provided immediately, and details were exactly as described. Smooth experience for sure

Noah from B&B Wheels is great to deal with his response time is remarkable folks could learn a lot from this guy. I have already gotten my Wheels the day after ordering, still waiting on tires and lug nuts which is showing to be delivered two days from now. Buying new wheels was not a problem. Returning wheels, was in my opinion $$$ painful. Understand the return obligations on buyers end but 25% restocking fee, $30 per each shipping label and cost to ship a bit to much. I have returned other items for different reason to a vendor that I will not name, without any of the above additional charges. You live and learn but I will stay away from buying BB Wheels.

I "chatted" online with good results...questions were answered by "Nick". He didn't seem to be rushed and answered all questions. I later phoned and had good results although I can not recall the name of the person. He stated, when asked, "tires will be delivered 6-8 business days".
That was the Thursday afternoon before Memorial Day. I received the tires the Saturday before Memorial Day. That's not even 48 hours past our phone conversation. This may be the fastest delivery I have ever witnessed.

Check out online simple no hassles, free shipping and tires were here in a flash, so i ordered 2 front tires also, the whole experience let me tell you it doesnt get any better, oh and the price was the best i could fined absolutely loved it! Give them a you wont be sorry!

Be very careful buying from these crooks. I bought a set of wheels from them. Received the wrong ones then they tried to charge me a 25% restocking fee if I returned them. Had I sent back it would have cost me about $250 between restocking fee and shipping for a $500 set of wheels. So I will keep and resale myself. Do you research they are about 20% higher than everyone else. I only went with them because I could get wheels a little quicker.
This place is a true Joke from the sales to the very very lack of customer service. They sent me the wrong rim twice but now they wanting more money out of me. Telling me they don't do refunds not even for they sad $#*! work and $#*! ups. I think they run they business like sad $#*! trump run this country. They stole 400.00 dollars from me. Facts
I was looking for a different site to buy some wheels from as I haven't had the best experience previously on another platform. I decided to take a chance on BB Wheels after reading some reviews. Phone calls for customer service have been quick every time and even email responses were on point. My wheels were shipped one day after purchase, currently waiting for them to arrive in the next few days!

This was, by far, the best online purchase that I've ever experienced. Their purchase support was incredible, helping me find just the right rims for my truck. Their product support team is exceptional. I had no trouble contacting them at all. My salesman, Brandon, was available and active in solving a technical issue. When Brandon was not available I was allowed to talk straight to the manager. I cannot describe how pleased I am with this purchase and experience with B&B Wheels. I recommend them without reservation.

Found this site on an ad on duckduckgo when shopping for tires. Figured I'd at least check out the site, as I'd never heard of it. And what do ya know, they had the lowest pricing on the specific tires I was looking for compared to the 2 other sites I would normally buy from. The site was easy to navigate, and it had great filters for just browsing/fantasy shopping about tires and wheels I might want in the future. I really like how the three parts of the tire size are individuaply selectable in the filters, so I can see all performance tires that fit a certain wheel size, for example. It's really useful. Please don't get rid of the three independent filter options! I haven't received my tires yet so hopefully their shipping speed and customer service matches what I'd expect from my usual to-go tire shopping sites. If so, I think BB wheels will be my new regular.

They make sure they hire the people that don't make hurting other people to make money. Do yourself a favor and run from this POS company as they have no problem with taking your money and leaving you stranded. There site is Inaccurate in lies to you when you enter in your vehicle information it will pull up items that don't fit your vehicle. Which is weird because if you go on any other auto website once you enter in your vehicles information any part that shows up should fit your vehicle that is the point of having that search engine it's called a filter. Makes the customer life less stressful. Again not that they care about the customer. You've been worn run
