My one wheel is broken and I asked too many shop and dealers to provide me one wheel but they refused and finally I got one wheel from this website at a cheaper rate. Thanks for the good service you provided

I purchased 2 Hankook tires mounted only car has not been moved and a big knot push out the sidewall pic enclosed but I'm told through customer service that's knots are not warranties and it was impact damage these tires are 200 a piece the blue is still on the sidewalls no miles at all! This is my 3rd purchase of well over 3000 dollars but very well can be the last I just expect what I pay for

Just how I like them. I ordered the tires at 0300 on a Thursday and received exactly what I ordered by 1300 on Friday. Free shipping, received the next day and the tires were $45 a piece cheaper than I found them anywhere else. If this is always the way, I'll be sure to buy from them again. Very happy

I recently placed an order though BB Wheel for rims which they had no problem charging me for. 2 days later I get an e-mail informing me they were canceling my order and refunding my money "due to our anti-fraud system". As I look in my credit card account there is still no pending refund. This has been a great waste of time. I will be placing my order though a different business and steering clear of BB Wheel.

Reached out to confirm they would fit. One of there employees reached out and said yes it should work. Now that they are here and do not work they are saying I owe a 25% restocking fee for a mistake they made. If you do buy tires from them check with someone in person and do not reach out or take their word for it. Also paid for guaranteed delivery and it arrived late.

I purchased a steer tire for my rv. I took it to a reputable shop to balance and install. I was told the tire is so far out of balance that it was essentially unusable. I contacted BB wheels and the requested pictures of the readout of the out of balance tire on their "preferred " brand of balancer. I complied. After about a week I was told this didn't meet the manufacturer warranty criteria. I asked for a return for refund for the unused tire. I have since been ignored. Do not risk buying junk tires from this company that does not stand behind what they sell.

Let me tell you. I received 4 boxes with the correct labels that stated 24x12 135/139 but when the guys installed they notice one wheel didn't fit. Come to find out BB wheels shipped me an open box with the wrong bolt pattern. I got the rim removed from the tire and shipped back. Management decides that they would still make me pay for that one and a new one. Regardless of their f…k'n mistake so now I'm stuck paying for 5 wheels. Not a way to do business. Mighty funny they could add a wheel to my account but could take the bad one off. Smh. Looks like this the first and last time I'll buy from them. And next time don't tell 2 customer service reps two different resolutions. Doesn't look good on you guys!

As for the rims. The right ones. They look good on my truck. Hopefully it doesn't take you guys long to send me the 4th wheel

Literally the cheapest option I could find, online or local, for the set of tires I bought. The order was processed/shipped quickly and arrived in new condition, as expected. They're a BBB accredited business, so there's an established track record to ease your mind that you're not sending your credit card purchase into the abyss, later cursed to deal with having the charge removed from your card. I will definitely be checking their site again prior to any future purchases. Thanks to the folks at BB Wheels for providing a flawless buying experience.

Ordered 4 tires. Received incorrect size. BB wheels is making ME pay 25% and return shipping. I am out nearly $200. Zero cooperation on their part. BUYERS BEWARE: 25% restocking and making me pay the return shipping is pathetic. TireRack and Discount Tire are so much more customer focused.

After making the HUGE mistake of initially going through Discounted Wheel Warehouse, I cancelled my order after days of waiting on my order to get processed and many, many phone calls of frustration later and instead purchased the same rim from BB Wheels. Troy helped me over the phone and he confirmed all the specs needed to avoid any fitting delays and processed my order immediately. I was provided a delivery ETA of about 4-8 business days, however, my order was placed on Monday and my rim was rushed to me by Wednesday! Unbelievably fast fulfillment and shipping! My new rim is already on my car while I'm willing to bet the clowns at Discounted Wheel Warehouse are probably still trying to figure out and fulfill my cancelled order. Amazing professionalism and customer service at BB Wheels! Great job! I highly recommend them.
