Ordered 2batteries. Same number but receive batteries with same number but different physical sjzes. Am returning the one that was incorrect. Also it is possible to replace the item for $10 more than the cost of the battery alone and then it costs $70 to have it installed.
This is the second time I've purchased UPS replacement batteries from Battery Clerk and I've been very pleased both times. The only problem I had was my login/password I set up on my first visit didn't work on the second. Very pleased with their service and speedy shipping.
It took a month to get two landline telephone batterys called customer service and was told they would be at my house in a week three weeks later i finaly got the batterys after two more emails two the company
This is the 2nd battery I have ordered. The 1st came with no delays--that was 3 years ago. This 2nd battery took weeks to arrive due to some screw up with either the Company or USPS. I had to send several inquiries before it finally got out of the USPS delivery loop it was in before if arrived.
Good straightforward instructions. Your site also provided the battery dimensions although the height was less than my battery. I figured if it was less it would still fit. Other website listed a height that was greater than my battery with the same model #? I would think that all YT12A-BS should be the same?
I received it on 20th. I have not been able to install it yet. Didn't realize that I need a tool kit to install.
I looked on the computer and found that Amazon is the only one that I could order from. I had an ordeal with amazon and they have blocked me. Is there any way you can help me out and send me a kit or tell me where else I can get one.

This is my second order with BatteryClerk.com. A set of batteries last about 3 months with my use. I have no car so I go everywhere by scooter. No odometer so I dont know how far but I travel 20mph. This time i got the 12v22ah instead of 18ah to see if this goes farther or lasts longer.
I liked the information about the product. It helped me be sure it was the correct battery. However, I ordered the product on May 26 and received it on June 18. I tried to follow the order on the site but I needed to "Track order with Shop". It wanted my cell phone number in order to text me instructions on using Shop. I get enough robocalls and other nuisance calls on my cell phone and did not want to add more. Every other site I have ever used has a button to track the order that either does it or switches you to UPS or FedEx or USPS to track. I did not do this. On Saturday, June 6 I chatted and was told it would be checked on. On Tues, June 9 I got an email that the item had shipped. This battery was for our weather radio and I would not have ordered it here if I had any idea this was going to happen.
Couldn't find the product locally, was referred to this company by a Cardo employee. Order took an excessive amount of time to arrive...I had to contact the company after they did not, as their receipt stated, contact me when the product was shipped.
You guys were fine, FED EX home deliverey not so good 2 of 3 were damaged posts 1 repairable 1 not so much. Tryig to figure out where to file a claim with there home deliverey branch.
Any help would be great.

There was some kind of error at the GLS Groningen location which meant that there was no way of tracking the parcel 19th to 23rd. Did not receive any updates to my mobile.
Battery Clerk service was great and the tracking problem was resolved quickly.
We were given a Welch-Allyn health monitor that wasn't working, tested the battery and found it to be bad. Did a google search and found this replacement at a great price from Battery Clerk. Shipping was lightening fast and now our health monitor works great!
I ordered two replacement batteries for my electric wheelchair based on their website recommending them as OEM equivalent batteries for my specific chair. I received the batteries promptly and in good order but they were too wide to fit my wheelchair battery compartment.
I requested a return which they agreed to and a returned the batteries at a cost to me of Canadian $70.
After a week of going back and forth with their customer service (rude and unprofessional), they finally agreed that they had them back and issued a credit 25% less than what the batteries cost me.
I called to ask why and was told that they had charged a 15% restocking fee which was not mentioned when i asked for the return.
I pointed out that the difference was more like 25% and was told that they also DO NOT refund the sales taxes collected by them at the behest of the Canadian government. I pointed out that this practice is actually illegal, but was met with a "i don't care" attitude.
I have emailed them to highlight these issues and make my concerns official and indicated that i wanted to speak to a manager.
Long story short, the manager was unavailable and i was asked to call back today, which i have done and he is still unavailable. I have left a message with my phone number and was told he would return my call. Has not happened yet, and i'm not holding my breath.
Basically, they are misrepresenting their products on line and provide atrocious customer service
So in summary of my experience, they have their products back in resalable condition and have made approx 25% profit off me.
A business model that many retailers would love, if only it was not illegal and goes against all better business practices.
I will be reporting this to the Canadian government too.

I ordered a battery for my laptop. It had been 6 days and it has still not been sent out. I decided to cancel the order that has not yet shipped. I was told I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee on an item that has yet to be pulled from the stock. The definition of a restocking fee is a fee charged to a customer when merchandise is returned for a refund. You cannot charge restocking for something that has not been removed from the stock yet. The customer service told me the maximum time before shipping in 7 business days and I should read the website. I went to the website and looked under shipping. Nowhere under shipping does it say there is a max of 7 days before shipping. Even if it did say that, the idea that they will charge me a restocking fee for something that has not even shipped yet is ridiculous. I told them just to ship it, because at least then I'll get something for my money as opposed to them just stealing money from me for something they have literally not even pulled to send yet. They emailed back and said they already canceled it, and it would be hard to restart the order, so obviously it had not left their 3rd party supplier yet. I also have yet to see any refund partial or otherwise on paypal. I said OK, please send me a receipt for the 15% you're are charging so I can use it for BBB and reviews. I got radio silence and they went and changed their webpage. It used to say full refund on any cancellation or return under the heading Returns and Cancellations and then further down the screen under terms it talked about a 15% restocking fee. They took out the wording full refund after my email exchange. So crooked. As of right now, I'm still out the full amount and have nothing to show for it. I've now moved onto PayPal to try to fix it. Do not buy from them. I have never seen such crap customer service. I can't even imagine how much they would charge if you ever tried to send something back.

Order took a bit longer than I expected, but the battery I bought seems better than the 2nd replacement I got from Amazon. This is the 3rd battery I've bought for my Harmony Remote. I will continue buying batteries from BatteryClerk.com.
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
