You had the battery I needed, the price was right, the battery was put to use immediately. The thing that amazed the most was the order in which I was kept consistently up to date with my battery order from the time I ordered, to the time it shipped, to the time it was delivered, to the time I received it. Excellent service. If your going to order from Battery Clerk, expect the best product and the best service you can, because that's exactly what you will get.

The red wires on the battery are on the right side of the batter plug and the black wires are on the left whereas it's the opposite on the battery being replaced. I had to alter the plug so it can be rotated and fit into the socket.

Let's see how you do with this order. I have another older Kindle which will be needing a new battery soon

I ordered the replacement battery on April28 and my credit card was charged on that date. However, the unit was not shipped from Oklahoma City until May 13 and not delivered until May 17. I understand that credit cards should not be charged until the order is shipped.

Well, the only problem I'm having is finding someone to put the battery in my tablet for me. I called Batteries Plus Bulbs, and they won't put a battery in that was bought someplace else, and they don't carry NuVision Batteries. A couple other places said the same thing. But hopefully I will find someone to replace the battery for me.

The replacement battery I ordered for the APC has smaller Negative and Positive terminals and the existing connectors do not stay on the terminals. They are not properly sized for the connection, it disconnects when I try to put the battery in the case. Not happy with the purchase at all.

I did not realize there were batteries offered with a shorter life ( fewer AH or WH) than the stock batteries. I should have researched the product better. This is NOT a straight replacement for the Motorola batteries that shipped with my radios.

Had to take on the lawn chore after separating electric start key stopped working years ago. Purchased Toro lawnmower 2008. Took in for service@ Hanks lawnmower hadn't been used over a year splurged for lawn service last year. Decided not to spend $ on electric start repair. Cost $40-60 to much for how old unit was.
Had a thought to search on line for battery found my source BatteryClerk.comwith cost I liked.delivered before excepted. Charge mower and now working like new.

There were some dimensional issues, the exact specs of the batteries they replace were not identical in size or Ah. Also the outer case on one of the batterowas damaged, but not to the point of leaking, so I used it.

I could not find this battery replacement locally and had to have one made at a local battery store at a cost of $40, it didn't fit right and only lasted a month. The battery I purchased here was a perfect fit and is running perfect. I will reccomend this seller and buy again

The battery worked for three days and then went DEAD. I am very disappointed and would like to get my $20 back some how. My broadband router worked for three days. Because the battery was of NO USE, I had to go buy a $100 new broadband router.

Battery is just what my vhf avionics radio needed and the Battery Clerk had just what the doctor needed! I wasn't sure if my radio still worked since it has been sitting the the closer for forever! But, as soon as I put the new one in, it crackled to life! I'm soooo happy it did too because that's one less item I need to purchase. And for $40 you can't beat it!

I've spent about three hours looking to find some place that had a replacement battery for my verizon jetpack, even verizon couldn't give me the info I needed or where to get the battery. Great way to order the batteries

Great way to order the batteries. Only problem I had was that it took 21 days from the time I ordered the batteries until I finally got them by UPS. I see the batteries were made in China (like most things these days) but were they shipped from China to take 21 days for me to get them?

I needed batteries for our older Thermo Scientific Finnpipettes, and I was reassured that the ones I purchased were original part replacements. They're getting harder to find outside the manufacturer, so I was thrilled to find them for a 1/4 of Thermo's price. I bought extras!

The order arrived seperately but nothing provided any indication of this and as the two parts of the order arrived on different days, when we chased the order we were asked for photos and not advised that the order was in two shipments, this would have saved a lot of wasted time and energy!

I've installed the new battery and it will not charge. Reinstalled the old battery and it's charging like it did before so I don't think it's the plug connection or the port. I need to return the battery for another one.

Please send instructions on how to return the battery.
