I received the battery and it's ridiculously smaller than the stock battery, it will not even come close to working as it is a quarter of the size of the real battery, I need to return it and get the proper battery or a refund
The shipping label was unreadable mid transport so FedEx relabeled it but also marked it as delivered. Your customer service rep was not sympathetic and told me to check my neighborhood and then call FedEx. FedEx ended up tracking it down and delivered the following day. Additionally all the battery terminals were bent and some of the batteries had severe dings.
I have enjoyed using the website. It is simple to use and offers the exact battery I need for an excellent price. Best battery site ever. My only question is does it cost almost the price of the battery to ship it?
I received and installed the battery, charged it. It only lasted one hour. The next week after charging again, it lasted only one hour. After charging the battery should last over 6 hours. I get the feeling I was sent some old outdated battery that should not have been sold. I'm not really happy about paying for a battery I think is new and will do the job I'm looking to have done and receiving a battery that was outdated and old not able to hold a charge.
The battery for the Dell Laptop was not the same as the part number that i entered from the old battery. It is larger. For some reason, the computer cannot tell how much of the battery life is left nor can it tell if it is charging or not.
The battery does work.
Thanks to Chad for helping me out with sending adapters out at no charge. Wasn't even aware I needed them when I initially ordered, but he was quick to respond with a resolution and mailed them out quickly!
After 2 weeks waiting to get a confirmation that it had been sent to me i finally emailed and was told it takes up to 20 days to get it from the manufacturer! Later the next day i had a delivery email saying it had been sent out. I got it in 2 days. I doubt i would have got anything If I had not asked about it. When I got it it did not work in my phone. So I had to send it back to them. Now waiting on refund.
Yes, after about a week I didn't hear anything about my order. Movement on the order only began after I downloaded the tracking app and asked about the status of the order, only then did the ball seem to get rolling
After purchase, there was a confirmation but no further information regarding shipping. Contacted customer service and received immediate response. Not clear what the issue was but whatever the issue was, contacting customer service seemed to resolve the issue.

Contacted customer service because a week after placing the order I had not received shipping email. First business day after contact, I received shipping email. Then received order in a couple days. Don't know what happened in that first week.
Helpful advice from staff and easy to purchase. Would purchase from BatteryClerk again. Also, had quick delivery.
Received the wrong size
After review the order I cannot find the specs of the battery I ordered. The dimensions are too large. And something changed from the product I was looking at to the product that was ordered. Now I have two batteries that don't fit.
I am not to pleased with the batteries that i received, i am worried the one battery with gouge might leak or bust. The batteries are not like the ones i have ordered before, they are scratched like they rubbed them with sand paper
The item fit the description. I ordered 3 separate batteries for my MP3 player. I ordered from 3 different companies. Unfortunately, none of the batteries charged my player. This item arrived last but was ordered first place
You sent the wrong part. I asked to return you said I had to pay shipping as you told me part #.
My part didn't have a part number. I sent you info including pictures. You said you don't have that. It was very frustrating.
The overall experience was okay at best, but mainly not good simply because the batteries we got were not working as we were told before ordering them. We were told they would be compatible, but unfortunately when we tried to charge them, they did not charge at all. That is the reason why we returned them. Again, the overall experience was alright, it was just that the batteries did not charge at all.
The battery was not package very well. The battery was in shipped in a fitted box without any packaging. The box had a tear in it. I was fortunate that the battery was not damaged. I paid $10.24 for the shipping and you would of thought the battery would have been packed better to avoid the potential of damage.
The battery was more difficult to install than other batteries I have purchased in the past. Other batteries have the thread on the actual terminal your battery didn't so it was quite difficult to install.
It took 2 weeks after my order was submitted to receive my battery. There was no follow up after my order to tell me that it could take that long.
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
