BatteryClerk service was good

BatteryClerk service was good. It a little longer for my item to arrive but understandable because you were trying to sell the best batteries you had to offer. The next time I buy another bettery, it will definitely be BatteryClerk.

I received the two batteries just fine; however, was confused to receive on battery on Monday and the other on Tuesday. When I traced back the order on Monday I found some indication of two shipments that was rather subtle and that I missed. It created a hassle on my end as work began upon receipt of Monday's shipment only to find out the carton contained but half the order.

Only two issues I had was the time from order to delivery. The other was that it was difficult to pull up order on site and determine a status for the order. I didn't create an account and ordered as a guest, perhaps that is the issue. However, I do believe that if I have an order number I should have been able to get a status on it anytime.

I will use BatteryClerk again as long as it lasts longer than the 1 year my last 2 replacements did! Satisfied with online order process and delivery time. I didn't expect my shipping charge to cost more than the price of the battery, but it did. Oh well, it still cost less than the Chamberlain battery.

I did receive a message that my order was received. However after a week, when I didn't get shipping date from BatteryClerk I was concerned whether the order was processed. BatteryClerk then notified me of the shipping date due to stocking situation. Package did arrive soon after receiving message that it was shipped.

Looking forward to BatteryClerk for future sources for my devices.

I needed to replace the battery in a jumper box checked a few different sites, could not find one, till i checked here, there it was exactly the battery i was looking for, this company is one of the best i think so anyway

I did receive the item (battery) that I ordered. However, it did not arrive on the date I expected. There was one part missing (nut), but I was able to use one from my old battery to make connection. It works well so far.

The order took almost a month, and the battery I ( thought) I ordered, was not the right one! So instead of paying for postage and restocking fees, I ordered a new battery (which is the same number I provided before), wondering if it is going to be wrong also, and I'm wondering how long this battery will take to get here?

Very good online shopping experience overall! The website is clean, organized and easy to use and I loved the fact they offer Amazon Payments (by far, the easiest to use). The price was very good (compared to Amazon Marketplace competitors). The product arrived perfectly packaged and was exactly what was ordered. The only issue I had was the very long time they took to ship the product (it was shipped one full week after it was ordered). After shipped though, it arrived in 3 days (I'm in Florida). As a result, I can recommend this seller as long as you're not in a hurry.

Easy-peasy to order
June 29, 2020

Easy-peasy to order. Shipment took quite a while, then was finally scheduled for delivery on 6/22. Actual delivery of order was 6/26. This delay caused quite a confusing fiasco, which I have already apologized for in an email to your company. I really have no idea why the tracking said order was to be delivered on 6/22 and was delayed till 6/26. Maybe your company should re-evaluate your shipping methods.

Navigating your website was fairly easy and it arrived at my home exactly when you said it would however the battery I got from you doesn't last nearly as long as the original...I hope it was a new battery and not a used one. I guess I was expecting it to perform the same as the original battery

I tried to get info on a battery but no one was available. I tried your robot but that was a joke. So I ordered a battery. A day later you replied with no help at all. I got the battery and it worked but the connections where different from old one so I had to modify my battery pack. Info would have been nice but I didn't have 24 hours to wait on you and the robot was useless.

I would like to return the battery, We tried using it, it charged it up to 23 % once we put it in. After it died it stopped charging, the tablet it 3 years old and we think it is just too old to be fixed. We have not used the battery anymore after that, and took it out after it died. We charged it up again and put it back in the package
With no scratches or dents. If we are able to send it back please notify us. I will be calling soon.

Little hard finding the battery I needed which turned out was the wrong battery. When I searched over the web using the specific battery ID listed on the old battery it took me to your sight but the battery that was selected from your site was wrong one

The battery did not work in my camera and did not look like the original battery that came with the camera and it didn't work so I'm very disappointed customer.

All customer service did was try to blame it on my camera so we're done won't buy anything from your store ever again.

The service is average because my order took almost a week to ship. Obviously, the batteries were not on a shelf around the corner. Some form of notice to advise a potential ship date would help rather than to guess whether it was shipped. Once the order was shipped, the communication was excellent.

Uncertain as why only 1 of the 3 batteries I ordered arrived, I contacted customer service. I was told the other 2 coming the following day and they did. I have everything I ordered. Good customer service is appreciated.

I did receive my batteries, but it took longer than I expected. The website noted that the batteries would be shipped in 4 to 7 days. It actually took nearly 3 weeks. I texted customer service twice--when I gave them a deadline and told them I would have to cancel my order after that, suddenly the batteries were available and were shipped. I hope it wasn't just a coincidence.
