Battery Clerk

I asked for a DR grader battery and recieved a monster battery I can't even lift I have no idea how you could list this battery for the power grader I would like a return and refund please. Please send instructions how to return this monster.

Good experience. I really thought it was a scam or something with how low the prices are. Definitely not a scam! I purchased a battery for my klx 110 dirtbike and it came quick and was the same battery I needed.

Purchase experience was fine. I didn't pull the battery from the unit before hand and only relied on the unit saying it was for the model I needed. So it was my fault for not checking the LxWxH before hand to know it wouldn't work.

Battery works great in my Bluetooth guitar amp at a fraction of the cost of the amp manufacturer product. Shipping by postal service not as dependable as UPS however as USPS initially delivered to wrong address.

I worked with customer service to find the battery that would fit my Ryobi mulcher lawn mower however the one but I was told should fit did fit physically but does not work I don't know if the battery is bad or if it's the wrong battery

I decided to replace the 8 year old battery in my Triumph Rocket III Roadster. Ordering was simple and easy. Shipping was fast. Everything went without a problem.

Whoever you used for a carrier - usps or FedEx - lefty my package on the steps of my porch, unprotected and in plain view. They didn't even ring the bell.

Had an issue on the size of the replacement they sent out a return label very quickly. Good customer service will definitely do business when we have a need.

Great price. Easy to order. Delivery took far too long. I understand that these batteries ship from the manufacturer but in 2019 it's uncompetitive to take over 2 weeks to get a product to customers.

Everything went well except that it took very long to receive the battery. I would have expected a 5 business day turnaround at the worst...but this took longer.

Happy that I got my Golf Buddy Battery, in spite if USPS messing up, costing me 45 extra, days due to a FALSE or POOR scan By someone! I finally located the item at the wrong PO in the WRONG zip code!
All is well!

I still don't understand how/ why it took 11 days for an item to be processed for delivery but the response I received does not make me want to re-order from this site again.
