Although it took over 10 days for Battery Clerk to receive my battery from the manufacturer, they sent it the same day they received it. I can appreciate taking a bit longer for a fresh battery, maybe mentioning this when ordering will resolve confusion on why it is taking longer than anticipated to ship. Customer service chat was fast and efficient! Battery worked great!

Very good online shopping experience overall! The website is clean, organized and easy to use and I loved the fact they offer Amazon Payments (by far, the easiest to use). The price was very good (compared to Amazon Marketplace competitors). The product arrived perfectly packaged and was exactly what was ordered. The only issue I had was the very long time they took to ship the product (it was shipped one full week after it was ordered). After shipped though, it arrived in 3 days (I'm in Florida). As a result, I can recommend this seller as long as you're not in a hurry.
