Great price. Easy to order. Delivery took far too long. I understand that these batteries ship from the manufacturer but in 2019 it's uncompetitive to take over 2 weeks to get a product to customers.

The part number I received was different it was D7S(T1). 12V7Ah/20 HR, IT FITS, IT WORKS,
BUT A DIFFERENT PART NUMBER.
Just took way to long for product to arrive. If the delivery time wad explain before the purchase i wouldnt have expected a quicker delivery.

When I order the batteries I did not think it would take as long as it did to get the units in. I do not remember seeing any eta on delivery date. That would have been helpful.
Nice website UI, i liked how you had free shipping. It was the the only reason i got two batteries instead of one.
In an age where deliveries are usually within a couple of days, this battery took two weeks to receive. It was not an emergency and the battery was exactly what I needed to repair the item. My suggestion would be to reach out to customers and let them know that their delivery will be longer than expected. Other than that, everything went fine and I would likely buy from you again in the future.
Order two spare batteries for a particular piece of equipment. One ended up bad and sent it back and the turn around was fairly quick.

Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
