Order took a bit longer than I expected, but the battery I bought seems better than the 2nd replacement I got from Amazon. This is the 3rd battery I've bought for my Harmony Remote. I will continue buying batteries from BatteryClerk.com.

Email response was to tell me after two weeks my order was shipped. Not happy because your site said 1-2 business day for the order.

The transformer is a bit expensive seems to work with my Verizon router battery.

I placed my order on 2/27/19 and did not receive it until 3/18/19. I had a customer waiting for this battery. I basically lost money on this due to the customer being dissatisfied.

Shipping price is to high. One of the items we did not need which was the terminals and requested refund

The product was shown on the site as in stock, but was actually out of stock and delivery delayed for a few weeks. Not a huge deal, but a bit annoying.
