Excellent easy to use ordering system

The shipping was delayed because BatteryClerk had to wait for the battery to get to their facility before it could be shipped to me. I was not expecting this delay.

It took to long to get the order. With no email to explain why

Battery processing time (from order confirmation to shipment) was longer than what I expected. Items were exactly what I ordered, which was good. However, the batteries didn't appear to fully charge; somewhat understandable since these are for an older cordless tool. That said, your prices are the best I've found online - excellent!

A little long period of time until you receive your order

Battery is junk. Held a charge 3 times. Won't hold a charge and causes the Kindle to revert to the service message. It's worse than the bad battery I recycled.

Would like to see shipping price before putting in all my info. Long time for delivery, should have given a estimated time

I am not to pleased with the batteries that i received, i am worried the one battery with gouge might leak or bust. The batteries are not like the ones i have ordered before, they are scratched like they rubbed them with sand paper

Well turns out the battery I ordered was not the right one for the newer Altec speaker. I'd like to return it if possible. Other than that. It was a while before order and shipping date. Once shipped the battery arrived quickly with text updates sent to me.

Just received a replacement battery. So far so good. Only time will let me know how good this battery is.

REVISION: Delivery was rather slow, which I understand because it's a brand new battery. After installation, the battery works great and my laptop is portable again! Thanks!

I received both of my batteries in a timely manner, yet so far one battery doesn't accept a charge. I am trying with the second battery presently.

VERY EASY TO FOLLOW,

No indication when I ordered that the product was out of stock. This particular time I wasn't in a hurry, but if I was it would have been a problem.

The only problem was that the replacement battery terminals were not the same as the old battery causing some assembly problems.
