Ordered a battery April 20th
The website said 2 day shipping. Called and they said it was on the way to the warehouse and I should have it in a few days and now it is April 30 I called and they said it was on the way to the warehouse and would be shipped out from there and I will get it in a few days. Told them to cancel my order and give me my money back. Bunch of liers and can't get a straight answer

Uncertain as why only 1 of the 3 batteries I ordered arrived, I contacted customer service. I was told the other 2 coming the following day and they did. I have everything I ordered. Good customer service is appreciated.

I guess I am used to instant gratification given how fast Amazon and other ship things out for free. This was a lot slower than others and I had to pay $4.53 in shipping, but the product seems to be worth the wait so far. Let us see how the battery life is. I normally get over 2 years on a battery so we will see.
