The item was well priced but shipping was a bit of a surprise. I will say I received the item very quickly and was happy with the purchase (other than shipping which was more than the item itself).

Battery was dead on arrival

Overall my experience was great. I did have a damaged battery shipped to me. I called and explained the situation and they shipped a new battery out the same day.,

Have used battery clerk for all of our backup battery needs, and have never been disappointed.

It was good that this site was found. They seem to have any electronics battery needed covered. Reasonable cost. It was slow in coming to me which could be because it was made in an other country and took a while to get here. But it was a perfect replacement.
